Too spicy hot for "Mild" label
Vegan Spinach and Lentils "Dal Palak" - too spicy hot. Says "mild". Added rice and quartered artichoke hearts & peas. Still too spicy. I understand the discrepancies in labeling food " hot", but can we at least agree that food labeled "mild" shouldn't leave your mouth throbbing for 1/2 hour? Will not purchase again.

The Dal Palak is not gluten-free
Be aware that while Amazon describes the Dal Palak as “gluten- free” that particular product contains wheat. Amazon has the description wrong the box is labeled properly. This is a review for Amazon as the products are actually quite good.
