I am currently using 2 TP-Link Tapo Smart Temperature & Humidity Sensors, which come with free data storage and real-time notifications. They also include batteries and are compatible with Alexa and Google Home. Please note that a Tapo Hub is required (sold separately) for these sensors to work. Overall, I am very satisfied with their performance. They accurately measure temperature and humidity levels in my home and the notifications are very helpful in keeping track of any changes. The fact that they are compatible with smart home devices is a bonus and makes it even more convenient to use. I highly recommend these sensors to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly way to monitor temperature and humidity in their home and wish to automate using other Tapo devices or using Alex or Google Home to work with other vendor smart devices as well..

Using it for couple of months now, its accuracy is quite high. I wish it was even faster at sensing drastic temperature changes like when I take it from a Conditioned room to a unconditioned room. But I guess that's the best any temperature sensors can do, they need to get acclimatise so it takes a bit more time to register drastic differences. Con: The only thing that I didn't liked about this is the fact that you only get to see hourly temperature changes of last 24 hours but it doesn't store hourly temperature changes of past, it only stores the max and min values. Tapo's smart plug already has this feature so hope it gets fixed with updates.

The temperature and humidity sensor is really accurate and the data is displayed in an easy to read graph. It is really useful in situations that require constant monitoring of temperature and humidity. The size is compact, approximately the size of half a visiting card, so it is unobtrusive. It needs Tapo hub to transmit the data. It is powered by a battery, so no problem about the powercut.

I needed a sensor which can read temp changes quickly. Unfortunately, this didn't serve the purpose. Although, it is accurate when the temp is dropping but the sensor takes time to register rising temperature. I verified this with a metal tip sensor which was showing temp above 26C while Tapo sensor was still showing 25C. It eventually reaches 26C but It is not useful where quick small changes in temp monitoring is required. Its plastic body could be causing the issue as it can take longer to heat up compared to a metal body.

*you need the hub for this to work* Great little device it made controlling the heater with the Tapo smart plug a breeze. Only issue is that sometimes the historical graphs are visible. Probably a bug in the app. Also, one more thing - I wish it had an automatic routine where you could set automation actions based on temperature. Took a few days for us to set this up properly. But once It was setup, it was great.

Works perfectly as usual. Home automation works well.

Tried this out and I’m really pleased with it. It doesn’t have a display, which is fine for places where you just need alerts rather than checking numbers all the time. I get notifications on my phone if the temperature or humidity goes too high, so I can deal with it straight away. Just note that you do need a hub (I bought the H200). Once set up, it works really smoothly.

Le seul bemol : impossible a utiliser sans le hub. (5/5) Je construis progressivement un systeme domotique Tapo dans mon appartement parisien. Le T310, c'est le capteur que je mets dans chaque piece pour surveiller temperature et humidite -- j'en ai 3 au total (salon, chambre, bureau). Apres 18 mois d'utilisation continue, voici le bilan. Points positifs : - Capteur suisse avec une precision de +/-0,3 deg C -- j'ai verifie avec un thermometre de reference, c'est coherent - La batterie CR2450 d'origine tient encore apres 18 mois -- Tapo annonce "1+ an" et c'est confirme dans mon cas - Historique de donnees sur 2 ans dans l'app, exportable en CSV -- parfait pour analyser les tendances saisonnieres - Installation flexible : aimant integre, adhesif 3M, ou simplement pose sur un meuble. J'utilise l'aimant sur le frigo pour un, l'adhesif pour les autres - Les alertes de seuil fonctionnent bien -- je recois une notif si l'humidite depasse 70% (risque de moisissure) ou si la temperature descend sous 16 deg C - Rafraichissement toutes les 2 secondes -- l'affichage dans l'app est quasi temps reel Points negatifs : - Necessite OBLIGATOIREMENT le hub Tapo H100 (vendu separement ~25 EUR) -- pas de fonctionnement autonome en WiFi direct, contrairement a certains concurrents Zigbee Pour qui c'est fait : toute personne dans l'ecosysteme Tapo qui veut monitorer son interieur serieusement. A eviter si vous n'avez pas de hub Tapo et ne comptez pas en acheter un.

Vraiment géniales ces petites sondes TAPO. Et la partie firmware ainsi que l'app sont au top !
