Worked perfectly as expected
I run a C.E.R.T team in South Hawaii Island. We use this to program all our communication devices with this type of connection. Use this one, particularly for three years so far never a problem. So if you’re looking for something for your current radio, or mini radios like us you will not be disappointed in this product.

It did the trick.
It worked perfectly with my Radtel radios, but I had to borrow a windows laptop.

Success
Used this to program my Radtel RT-470X. Worked right out of the box, BUT as I learned, I needed to change the settings on my software from COM4 to COM5. As soon as I did that- BOOM. The software on my Windows 10 laptop recognized the cable and radio as a serial device, and everything worked as it was supposed to. Don't ya just love it when things work like they're supposed to?
