Works great! More energy!

After comparing several Urolithin A supplements, I decided to go with this one, and I'm glad I did. I've been taking it as part of my longevity and wellness routine to support mitochondrial health, and I've been very happy with it. I've also noticed a nice boost in my daily energy since I started taking it. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five has nothing to do with the quality of the supplement. The bottle simply doesn't last very long. Because of the serving size, I have to purchase it twice a month, which is a bit inconvenient. I would gladly pay more for a larger bottle if it meant I only had to reorder once a month. If the manufacturer ever offers a larger size, this would easily become a five-star product for me. Overall, I think it's an excellent Urolithin A supplement and one I'll continue purchasing.

I’ve only been taking this for about a week and I have already noticed my strength is significantly up! I’ve been taking more supplemental protein as well (skeletal muscle supports mitochondria too) and I think that has helped as well; also I do red light therapy for mitochondria. And, I’ve been consuming pomegranates lol! Charging up those mitochondria. I’m impressed with this product! I’m 44 and in decent shape; I’ve been trying different supplements over the last two decades and I think this product may have a good thing going! It all makes sense! Mitochondria make sense! Thank you for the great product and thank you for making this more affordable than some of the other producers of urolithin A. It is a pricey supplement in general, but I’m digging this! I’ve read about another woman that is 41 who’s been weight training for a long time and feeling her strength decrease, only to take this supplement and have her strength dramatically increase. It makes sense! Mitochondria are energy powerhouses and so much more. They are little spark plugs of life! I hope this isn’t a premature review; I really think it is helping! I also think I may be in the small percentage of people that produce urolithin A; a bowl of fresh pomegranate seeds has been for the longest time one of the most invigorating foods for me to eat; it jump starts my energy and overall health. I think in addition to everything I’m doing, this supplement seems to be helping out as well. Check out other reviews too. I hope it helps you too!
