Lift installation was fairly straight forward. Lift works as I would expect. I was missing 2 of the lift feet. Contacted seller and they sent them out. Overall, happy with purchase.

Missing/broken parts, poor customer service. Can’t get refund
Ordered the lift delivery was fast and great. Go to set the lift up, the extension tower holes don’t line up, missing parts, broken parts, the concrete anchors don’t hold. If you buy this lift definitely get better anchors, been trying to get in contact with company to get the parts but all I get is a “call later”. After waiting I tried returning it but the manufacturer wouldn’t answer to figure out a return. Big waste of money definitely recommend getting a higher end lift.

Need detailed installation instructions!
Anchor bolts should be longer and installation instructions should be detailed.

It works finally
The unit shipped much earlier than what I was told. Got the unit here and unpacked, it was missing some hardware and when I had it all assembled it wouldn't lift my truck. Hydraulic oil was dumping back to the reservoir, when it was under a load. So, great point!!! they have a customer service that you can talk with. That was awesome and the guy I spoke with was great! (Mike). Anyway, he sent me the whole replacement pump, motor, reservoir and relief valve. They had a label created to be picked up by FedEx, it sat a state away for 8 days. It finally arrived and I changed it. Works great! Customer service.. Great!!! I had problems and it was missing some hardware. I guess to be cont'd to see if they kick me back something? I feel they should??? I've had it in the shop for weeks now and finally got it running today.

Do not buy.
After using this lift for a year its absolutely junk. Broke pullys already and cracked welds on the lift arm brackets lift arm sags down from the broken weld multiple inches.Customer service is absolutely junk they will not answer the phone and getting them to email back takes forever. They will not honor the warranty either. Safe ur self the hassle and possible your live and buy a name brand lift
