Apple iPhone 14, 512GB, Midnight - (Renewed)

Excellent phone. was given a phone case, a charger, a screen protector, and a sim card tool thing. The phone works exactly like a new phone and is overall great! I dropped my previous phone in a pool so i'm very happy with this phone. this is incredible value for money. There is also alot of free storage so i can get games on my phone. Although the charger provided is abit slow, the phone itself has great battery life, I cannot complain. The sound is great and the screen is strong. Could not be happier!

So far so good. Everything is working like a brand new phone and very good price. A couple tiny lil marks on the side but nothing you would notice with a cover and nothing you wouldn't expect for a refurbished phone

I thought the delivery driver had lost my parcel but I eventually found it (my neighbour took it in since it was left in the middle of my garden) and the phone is really immaculate, no scratches on the screen and my daughter is very happy to have an upgrade from her iPhone SE (finally after nagging at her for so long!) It’s got plenty of storage which she’s impressed with and the price is amazing I’ll definitely be ordering again, I have 2 other children that phones need upgrading. I love iPhones because transferring from one phone to another is so easy and there’s no fear of losing everything in the process! Battery life is excellent and it practically looks brand new!

I would strongly advise avoiding this seller. After only 7 months, the phone developed severe phantom touch issues, making it difficult to use. I took it to a repair shop, where I was told the phone had been fitted with the wrong type of replacement screen. During the repair, the technician also discovered that the battery had been disguised using a tag on flex, hiding its true condition. Once this was removed, it became clear the battery was severely degraded and had expanded. An expanded lithium-ion battery is a serious safety hazard, and I had no idea there was anything wrong with it until the screen issue led to the inspection. Had the screen not failed, I would have continued using the phone with a dangerous battery. I ended up paying an additional £140 to replace the incorrect screen and the unsafe battery. I have reported the seller to Amazon because I believe advertising restored phones while concealing the battery's true condition is misleading. Unfortunately, no action appears to have been taken. I also looked at the seller's Google reviews and found many customers reporting similar experiences. Several reviewers claim they received poor-quality repairs, and some even allege that the seller rejected returned phones and falsely claimed they had never been received, leaving customers without refunds. Based on my experience, I would avoid this seller completely. The poor workmanship, hidden battery issue, and additional repair costs made this a very expensive mistake. For the sake of your safety and your wallet, I recommend buying from a more reputable seller.

Phone was delivered a day early which I was pleased about. DPD is the courier. Phones condition was excellent no scratches and looked mint. Disappointed with battery power at 82% having paid for excellent condition expected the battery to be Atleast 90% however overall I am happy with the phone and everything is working perfectly fine. I will be using them again in the future

I was slightly unsure about buying a renewed iPhone at first, but I was genuinely impressed with the quality of this Apple iPhone 14. From the moment it arrived, it felt like a premium device and looked far better than I expected from a renewed product. The Starlight colour is beautiful — it has a clean, elegant finish that looks stylish without being too flashy. The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no noticeable marks or signs of previous use. It looked and felt almost brand new, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Performance has been excellent. The phone is fast, smooth, and handles everyday tasks effortlessly. Apps open quickly, scrolling is responsive, and the overall experience is exactly what you would expect from Apple. The 128GB storage is a great balance for everyday use, providing plenty of space for photos, apps, videos, and documents without feeling limited. The camera quality is fantastic. Photos are sharp, detailed, and have the natural colours you expect from an iPhone. Whether taking everyday pictures, capturing memories, or recording videos, the results are consistently impressive. The battery performance has also been very good. For a renewed device, I was pleased with how well it holds charge and how reliable it feels during normal daily use. The phone also arrived fully functional, with everything working as it should. The setup process was simple and straightforward, especially if you’re already familiar with Apple products. Transferring data and getting everything ready was quick and hassle-free. Buying renewed is a great way to get a high-quality phone at a more affordable price, and this device has shown that you don’t always need to buy brand new to get an excellent experience. The quality, performance, and overall condition have all exceeded my expectations. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. It’s a brilliant phone, fantastic value for money, and a great option for anyone wanting an iPhone 14 without paying the full new price. I would happily recommend it.

I bought this phone after a different reconditioned phone I got from another company came with multiple damages. It arrived on time and is in pristine condition. It was also cheaper than the other company. It’s all set up and working perfectly so far. Excellent service and product, I would recommend.
