Just finished reading ASK FOR ANDREA by Noelle Ihli, and wow, what an emotional rollercoaster! 🎢 This book is a unique gem in the thriller genre, blending suspense with deep emotional undertones. It took me less than a day to finish reading this one. Although this novel was completely different from what I had anticipated, it was nonetheless incredibly original, disturbing, and intriguing. Fantastic storyline. A real page-turner!

I loved the book cover of three women's faces superimposed to form one,a true depiction of the storyline. Also, as you get to the end u realise how apt the book title is too !! Packed with suspense and nail-biting fear, I was completely enthralled by this book! It is written in different POV of each victim and how they all seamlessly come together through the storyline as they merge at the end and how!!The story is told from the perspective of three girls who are already dead? I rooted for every character,it got me so emotional at times pulling my heartstrings in every which way, I literally was so torn apart with grief through the story. A completely unique,fresh and engulfing spin on the serial killer thriller. Up until now literature has always portrayed that ghosts are all powerful but out here they're depicted to be powerless to get through to human beings in our mortal world and ridden with emotions too. This is also a chilling warning to all of the young people involved in the online dating world.....I stayed up several hours after my bedtime reading this; It's my first book by Noelle and it definitely won't be my last !

I’d heard so many great things about this book that my expectations were probably a little too high - because I ended up walking away slightly disappointed. And that’s frustrating, because the premise? It’s ELECTRIC!. A charming serial killer uses online dating to lure women to their deaths, buries them in shallow graves, and gets away with it three times. But his victims - Meghan, Brecia, and Skye - aren’t staying silent. From beyond the grave, they find each other and decide they’re going to stop him. Tell me that’s not an instant pick-up. It’s haunting. It’s bold. It has 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 potential. I kept waiting for the tension to hit - for that breathless urgency that makes you forget everything around you. With a concept like this, I wanted to feel unsettled. I wanted the dread to crawl under my skin. Instead, the pacing felt controlled - almost too controlled. The dread simmered, but it never boiled over. There were interesting moments, yes - but nothing that fully gripped me. Maybe part of it is on me. “Three ghosts hunting their killer” is such a powerful idea that my imagination ran wild. I expected something darker, sharper, more chilling. What I got felt more restrained. My attention drifted a few times, and by the final stretch, the story started to feel a bit drawn out.😕 I finished it because I needed to see how it ended. And to its credit, the conclusion was satisfying. I just wish the journey there had matched the brilliance of the idea.

It was an interesting read

I heard about this book via an YouTube video, and having lost my father just a month ago, I found solace in the life after death concept. The writing is really gripping and the story is very neatly laid out. If you are looking for something that will keep you on the edge of your seat, give this one a try!

I went in blind after being only mildly entertained with my past few novels. I have burned through all my Lucinda Berry books and was feeling sad and lost, like I'd never find a love like Berry. I hopped on booktok and the first recommendation I saw was for this novel. It was a simple page turning image with a caption that said the reader was rating it in their top novels for 2024. By the time I saw the cover, I decided I needed to check it out, to my PLEASANT surprise, here it was on KU, yay! I dove in less than 24 hours ago and have hardly been able to put it down since (Okay, I only put it down when my children, spouse or life absolutely demanded it). As I said, I didn't know what I was really reading other than a thriller, and from the first line I was hooked. The writing has a pace and rhythm that feels so flowy and natural, the content is engaging, exciting, heart-warming, heart-shattering. The plot is a fascinating concept, and the character development was perfect. I want to say I don't even have words, but here I am spewing a bunch of them, so I don't know. The end half of the book had me on the edge of my seat. SO.MANY.EMOTIONS. and the very end... blubbering like a baby. I have now downloaded every book the author has and am SO grateful the universe (tiktok... whatever) gave me the gift of this author. Don't walk, RUN to grab this novel (and likely every other one too), but please for the love of whatever you believe, don't plan to do anything OTHER THAN read this novel, because it will hurt to close it. If you're an avid reader like I am, you KNOW the feeling when a good book ends and you just stare and feel ... this book did that. I am sad it's over, happy with the ending.... just.... ALL THE THINGS.

What a book ! It's so much more than a cleverly written thriller as the story is told from a unique perspective - 3 murder victims who unite after death to bring down their killer. You can feel the pain and anguish of the victims but also the love. A heartbreaking yet uplifting story of life and death combined with all the suspense of an excellent thriller.

So enjoyed this book , wasn’t what I was expected but it was gripping and poignant, I would highly recommend this book

I've never read a book with such depth, heartbreak and an ending that is as satisfying as this. The storyline takes you into the lives of "3" women who share the same sad fate, "murdered by the same man".......yet in death, they find each other and are forced to come to grips with their own past lives all while trying to save other potential victims. A page turner that leaves you on the edge of your seat! A great read which is very hard to put down. This is one of those books that will have the reader look back on certain questionable situations in their past wondering....could that have happened to me? A scary realization for sure. But it will also leave you wondering.....DO YOU BELIEVE IN GHOSTS? UPDATE: Noelle if you're listening....Girl, I'm in trouble here! Housework is at a stand still. Groceries? Ummm there's peanut butter and jelly in the cabinet. Laundry.....don't get me started. Lol I have an Addiction......Your Books! I'm on my 3rd book in "3" weeks. HELP!!
