Please check if the exposure of the machine is in good condition.If the UV light is not on, need to make sure whether the adapter is the correct 24V input.If other 12V adapters are used, will lead to insufficient uv energy.

3, Z-axis is stuck, what should I do?

Whether there is resin leakage into the motor part.Please turn off the machine, use your hand to rotate the z-axis screw to lift the build plate.Please reinstall the screws here, don’t tighten too much.Add lubricating oil on the guide rail and screw.

4, How do I load new firmware?

A:You only need to update the files and copy the files to the root directory of the disk.B:Insert the U disk into the printer. C:Restart the machine,LCD will be updated automatically,there will be beeping sound if successful and restart the machine.
