Bought back pack on wheels to transport my things between work within facilities. Lots of space, wheels roll in all directions. Light weight and easy to roll. Loved my purchase.

Very roomy and extremely nice quality! Hopefully the wheels hold up as they do seem nice.

I was excited about the roller bag at first because I travel so much, however I have only been using this for 4 months and the wheel has already broken and I don’t see anywhere that it can be replaced by the supplier. I won’t be buying another one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Penty of space. After about of 6 months of usage, the wheels "bowed" and it rides on the side of the wheels which are ridged and makes an awful noise while rolling over hard surfaces such as tile. It was embarrassing rolling it through the airports, hotels and other public places. Full disclosure, I had it packed with a lot of stuff and it weighted over 30 lbs but I have never had an issue with wheels tilting on the many previous bags I've had before. I had to retire it and purchase different brand one.

Hi. I found this and Excellent backpack. It's a little unstable, the handle it's a little easy to retract. It can be upgraded. I want to ask how can I get the specific replacement wheels for this backpack. I need to replace them until I get the original ones cleaned. I appreciate the info. Thank you

I have a ‘mobile desk’ and use to keep work stuff in. It’s starting to fray and I’m noticing that wheels having some issues. Won’t replace when it dies-too pricey considering it’s only been about 8 months of use
