Just as expected. Works like it should.

Too lazy to crack my garden pecans.
I was given a shopping bag full of pecans straight out of a garden. Though very tasty they take a long time to get to the flesh of the pecans. This product does the job it’s intended to do. It’s going to outlive you. It is rugged and now sits in my kitchen cabinet drawer. I never intend to take fresh free pecans be it from family or friends. As tasty as they are hands down over ones you buy at a supermarket, don’t do it if you’re not prepared for flying shells. You will spend as much time cracking as retrieving the busted shells. Great product, it’ll last a lifetime.

Good for most smaller nuts
It’s an ordinary nutcracker with 2 pics. It does the job. It is difficult to use with hazelnuts because they slip out of it too easily. I don’t use it with walnuts or pecans. I have a different nutcracker for those larger nuts. It’s great with almonds!

Good but not for everyone
It's smaller than I thought it would be. I have arthritic fingers which makes it difficult to crack larger ruts. Otherwise, the quality is more than adequate and the picks are quite sharp!
