The pill is small and round which makes it much easier to swallow. Chelated Zinc Glycinate is much more bioavailable than other forms of zinc and easier on the stomach. I take it on an empty stomach and I never have issues. I am taking it opposite my Ghk-cu to aid in skin and hair health.
