I feel that I gain more relief from my chronic heel pain over just wearing every memory foam shoe that I have purchased the past three years alone. The gel pad is comfortable and the velcro is strong. The strap fits with a sock. I leave it on at night for barefoot support in or out of bed/recliner. I like the green color, so I can easily find it amongst black or beige foot aids. I am seeing my Orthopedic physician next week to discuss foot/ankle MRI. I suffer from a failed Plantar Fasciitis surgery, peripheral neuropathy, and hammertoes (ick). I purchased a size small and wear a size 7W. To Welnove: I would purchase a spin-off of this that goes to the ball of the foot, with more gel, and probably a second strap. I really love to be barefoot at home even though all our surfaces are wooden and not encouraged. Thank you for caring about quality and innovation.

This item is well made. It cushions the bottom of the heels so feet feel supported. I feel like I can walk longer when I use these. I don’t have plantar fasciitis but they are helping reduce heel pain for me. They fit into my athletic shoes without crowding the shoe.

The heel cups are comfortable in slippers and just over gripper socks. There is some challenge with bulkiness inside shoes that have a close fit across the top of the foot. The velcro straps make sizing adjustable, easy to use, and they stay in place inside your shoe. The heel cups seem to be very durable and are slip resistant.

I am a little taller on one side than the other. My doctor recommended these since I wear sandals the majority of the time of I’m so happy with my purchase! I can already tell they’ve made a difference! I highly recommend if you have a similar situation. They also stay put walking bare foot in the house. Awesome pain relief!

Good product and very helpful for that pain on my heel!! Just keep in mind that if you wear it with shoes on the top part where the velcro is becomes kinda bulky so you might feel your shoe tighter than usual. Another thing I noticed is that there are no bigger sizes so if you have a wider foot it won't close all the way so it will be to tight and to be honest I'm not sure if this product should be worn with or without socks but I tried without socks and I can feel the velcro rubbing my skin cause my foot is not that slim so the velcro is actually touching my skin and without socks is definitely painful so keep that in mind!

As someone who suffers from planters facitis and heel spurs this is a miracle product. My heel started really hurting after some work in the garage. I found these while searching for some type of relief. Putting weight on my heel is really a struggle at times. These have the perfect amount of cushion and makes it possible to walk normally. I bought some of the other cheaper brands, but they do not hold a light to these. I finally found my relief. Ordered the green and black. Highly recommend!

Been having some minor heel pain with some old pair of shoes that I use for work. It's a bit snug when trying to fit into a shoe and not having them slip, especially as a cashier. But honestly just wearing them around the house, just as is with socks. It's just as nice especially when all my days off so it lets my heel really rest. Only downside is it does dig into the top foot after some time with the strap. I have to pull mine so tight so they don't slip. Otherwise pretty good.
