This is a phenomenal headset that comes with a couple of attachments for comfort. They truly suppress the noise around you and are perfect for working remotely or when you're in louder areas. I highly recommend these and it's a very simple set up.

I have made two horrible decisions about who to marry, but my twice choosing Plantronics for the most important part of my business, phone calls, was spot on. The CS540 works great, even better than I assumed. Product is durable and easy to use. Most important: the volume level adjusts appropriately to suit my hearing.

I got this unit due to price point and name brand. Some trepidation due to price, but was pleasantly surprised by its quality and the ease in which it hooked up to our phones. I am getting several more and the user is deliriously happy with it and the other users want one too. Current user was amazed that she could continue on call at a 50 foot distance from her desk. Can't speak to your experience, but ours was amazing.

I need to change my old Bluetooth headset , too old and discontinued. I need walk around in office and only have mobile phone to take calls ,this product cannot connect mobile phone, when I drive I will use it, I was brought voyager 5200, very uncomfortable to wear, severe earache ,maybe my ear so small,that headset has became garbage long time ago.

I got the product, was so excited for how fast it came. The set up not hard, just annoying to make sure you get it in the right jacks, considering it wasn't the ones the instructions said. Anyways, you can't hear anything except static and you have to remove the receiver off your desk phone to use the headset! RETURNING!

Starts out with great Sound, quality, stylish and comfortable but it’s not durable. Doesn’t hold an 8 hour charge and after about 8-9 months the volume gets shaky( sometimes my clients say they can barely hear me). Don’t know if I’d purchase again for the price and longevity.

I have been using these for years. This is the latest purchase for another of the staff. The first one I purchased years ago still works great.

To install the system was easy and fast. Using the headset has been a game changer for my neck. The pain is gone. I’m able to use the computer and talk with people with no issues. The sound is great and clear.

I bought this as I work from home using a VoIP phone. I ended up having to buy the adapter after as it wouldn’t work with my set up until I installed the adapter. Once I had it set up it has worked great. I spend all day on the phone and then charge it overnight. The battery has lasted for my shifts so far, I do set it on the charger during my breaks and lunch.

Je l’adore pour le bureau. C’est mon 2ième et je le conseille fortement ( mon 1er a durée au moins 15 ans si ce n’est pas plus!!!!) Ce que j’aime ce qu’on peut mettre notre voix plus forte (avec l’ajustement en dessous de la base) pour l’interlocuteur. D’autres ajustements sont disponibles. Moi je ne peux plus m’en passer !!!!!
