Wanted something that I could throw into my coffee each morning so I bought this. Stirs in very well and easily, but it does have just a slight bitter taste. Goes better in something sweet so that you don’t taste that since I do drink my coffee black. I take two scoops and make up it to three because it’s doing wonders for my brain fog. I like this brand comes in 5 g doses and I will continue to buy this. I buy their collagen as well and have liked that too.

It's creatine. It's from a reliable source. It is relatively inexpensive and it is in powdered form and doesn't clump up like others. Dissolves reasonably well although definitely still have some powder at the bottom of the shaker. Everyone should take a creatine supplement for cognitive and athletic benefits.

Creatine really does boost energy and build muscle!! I take this in my smoothie as a pre/post workout and I love how it’s flavourless. Although I don’t recommend drinking it straight in water lol. After just a week I already see results in my biceps and calves as someone who is just getting into fitness.
