These magnets are SUPER strong for their size.
Beware, These magnets are SUPER strong for their size. I wanted bar magnets of this size and learned that they can be had with different magnetic strengths. These were the strongest rated for the quantity and price I wanted to obtain. They come with little plastic spacers in the package. They have a GREAT affinity for one another. If the magnets come together with out the spacers, you better have some really strong hands to get them apart. However the strength is exactly what I needed them for.

Strongest Magnets I've Ever Used
These are incredibly strong magnets. No more fighting to keep my cards and pictures on my fridge every time I brush past or open the door too hard. Once this is attached to the fridge it isn't budging without some effort. They're very small, so they don't cover up half the thing they're holding up.

Watch out, they pinch
To be fair, I had no idea how strong "N52" is as a rating. I just needed the magnets to hold through a series of fabric pieces as well as support weight. The magnets didn't come with any details to the packaging. And they are EXTREAMLY strong. Word of advice, to remove these magnets, slide them off one another, do not twist. I repeat, do not twist. I was holding these against my chest trying to twist them off (hard to grip and separate), and ended up pinching the skin on my chest as they snapped back in place. Additionally, while taking my display down today, I unfortunately discovered that the magnets will SHATTER if they collide. And they will collide, the force is strong with these. But they got the job done, and left a weird hickey looking mark on my breast.

Not Strong Neodymium Magnets - Not "18 lbs" Pull - Weak Attractive Property
These are not thin despite the other reviews with a negative rating. I think they're pretty satisfactory regarding the size. The magnets come with a set of separate adhesive strips. I do not use the strips but some of the reviews attest to these strips being too weak. I already have a roll of Gorilla Glue adhesive rubber tape that is rated for 100+lbs, so there's that. No rating for the adhesive so, be warned if you do intend to use the strips you're on your own. The magnets are well over 1/8th" thick at least 3/16ths" and seem pretty robust to me. These are weak fridge magnets and much weaker than a 3/8" thick, 2"x 1" ceramic magnet, I tested them side-by-side, very disappointingly weak - definitely these are not neodymium. They have a sheath metal plating that resembles neodymium and by appearance they look exactly like a neodymium magnet but without the magnetism. You might be able to use these as a weak fridge magnet for what it's worth. But if these are tried for any serious magnet application I suggest going elsewhere. The description says "18 lbs" and these are not even 18 ounces of pull to them. More like 1.8 ounce if you're lucky. HOWEVER THESE ARE NOT NEODYMIUM - THEY APPEAR TO BE NEODYMIUM BUT HAVE WEAK MAGNETISM. I have a set of ceramic magnets and they are stronger than these. Ridiculously weak, weaker than ceramic. I have many different neodymium magnets with the unusually strong magnetism THEY ARE NOT NEODYMIUM THEY ARE WEAK WEAK WEAK. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT NEODYMIUM. For my usage I would NOT recommend them to anyone else, they're NOT the strong neodymium magnets; don't buy them if you need neodymium.

OMG They're The Strongest 🧲
I purchased some several years ago and they still work for my kitchen cabinets, 1930s oven Doors and keeps my recipes on the side of my refrigerator and I gave some to my Grandson's, but with this purchase they are very noticeably stronger and I removed the old ones and replaced with these, these are dark and the others are silver and they do show, we painted the old Oak in 2 different shades of blue gray. I put 2 each on my cabinets because mice can get in, and in this neighborhood we all have mice, we live in a farming town and at the end of harvest where are the mice going when the food sources are gone and it's cold 🥶 to my house. They can't get the cabinets open when you have them locked with something and these are better and cheaper than baby lockouts and they work better. I will from now on purchase from this brand. You could come up with uses for them. Super strong, dark colored so their not so noticeable on my cabinet doors and front edge, they are kinda hard to separate so I took a butter knife and pulled them apart, I didn't want to break my nails off, and they hold very very tight. I highly recommend them they're fantastic 👏

1 out of 6 arrived fractured
Specs match, has decent strength (nearly as strong as three by three mighty cubes mini mags), but 1 magnet packed between others was fractured completely through. Exterior packaging is transparent & the fractured pieces were easily seen before opening original mfgr packaging so I’m not sure how 2nd quality product was not advertised as such. Manufacturer 2nd quality is what I’ve come to expect when ordering from this marketplace as roughly 50% of items ordered over the last year do not arrive as advertised. Sure, I could TRY to return, but then I’ll have to keep track of the window from the time my items arrive at Amazon’s Returns loading dock (had to call Amazon to get tracking number for proof of delivery at Amazon loading dock) & keep checking to see if the items ever process out of “in transit” status (even tho items were received weeks ago at amazon thus NO LONGER “IN TRANSIT”) as this marketplace can still charge back my CC at 60 day deadline if the Amazon employee has not done their inspection of product returned. At that 60 day mark there’s an automatic chargeback on your CC, Amazon has the product you’ve returned, & there’s absolutely nothing more you can do as customer service might briefly explain you’ve missed the window & promptly/rudely disconnect the call. In summary, I’ve decided to accept the loss of 1 out of 6 bars instead of the hassle & risk involved in returning to amazon.

Lightweight, compact, and impressively strong for their size, but also relatively fragile. As advised by many other reviewers, these are highly susceptible to cracking or chipping. However, this is not unusual for magnets of this type. I can see how some people have experienced them snapping altogether. As they're not very thick or dense, they need to be handled carefully. SLIDE them apart from each other. Don't pull them off directly, especially not by the ends. Be just as cautious when adjusting them on whatever surface they've been placed. I've managed to keep all of them intact despite some minor chipping on the corners and edges of a few of them. But in my case, the breakage of tiny pieces is due primarily to their application and repeated adjustments before finalizing their placements. I've used them to supplement the resistance inside an old elliptical trainer for which I can no longer find a replacement console. As I can no longer control the resistance electronically, to compensate, I've stacked these bars along the inside of the existing break assembly, and with some experimentation, I've been able to to get about 70-80% of the maximum resistance I'd normally get without taking apart any of the mechanism, cutting cables, or forcing any contact with the main flywheel. And that's just with ONE set of these magnets. I could potentially go over 100% of the original maximum by adding a second set. In essence, I've prolonged the lifespan of my machine and saved myself hundreds of dollars. I no longer have real-time control or dynamic programming, but I'm okay with the semi-permanent, medium-difficulty setting. Anything else, I can track on my smart watch.

Strong magnets works well. They are a little smaller and thinner than expected so check the dimensions if its a concern. Hopefully they last long being a bit thin.

Strong for size. Only con is they are fragile so don't play around letting the magnets freely pull one another cause the magnets will break appart...in half.

I meant this for some magnet hooks I purchased separate that weren't very big to hang my house keys. The magnets are strong (albeit maybe smaller than I imagined and/or didn't read the description close enough), but any weight with the double-sided tape didn't hold from a clean and dry surface, I'm just going to pick up some 3M tape and win that way

Magnets are small but STRONG! The adhesive strips included are not strong enough to attach magnet to anything else - using for cupboards etc proves useless. Love the magnets but they require a stronger bonding agent to keep them apart
