I take daily probiotics and decided to give this one a try. I like that it contains mushroom and ginger root in addition to the probiotics. First off, I like the actual capsules. They are clear and you can see what is inside whereas most probiotics are in white capsules. They are easy to swallow and don't have a noticeable taste or smell. Best of all, they are potent without causing me any GI upset. I really like this supplement and recommend it to others. It's a strong probiotic with some added nutrients that is easy on the stomach.

It's an excellent product but I'm on the subscription and they can never get the product to me on time so I end up missing a day or two or three which sets me back from my therapeutic dose
