They are plastic, lightweight, not too close together, come with a timer option, waterproof, interchangeable bulbs, already needed to change one, and plastic not east to break casings (which they provide extra in the box). And, they are bright, but not too bright..... what's not to love!!

After one month of ocasional use I have 7 lights out. That's not one failure, that's 7 failures. Not a good product. Also the remote receiver failed.

These sets have come a long way from just a few years ago. I have a grocery store and we use these to light up the display tent in our parking lot by our front entryway. LED's are bright. Kit includes a remote control and even zip ties to attach the lights! The only thing you need is power and a step ladder. In the past, when I purchased this style lights the bulbs were standard bulbs and would break easily these LED lights have a plastic clear shell that is very rugged. They even provide extra bulb if you ever need it.

Had for less than a month and during a recent night of rain, most bulbs now have water and are ruined.
