Comfortable but lacking in support
I bought this while trying to find the right pillow to ease my neck and shoulder pain. If you like a softer pillow that feels like your head is cradled in a cloud, you might like this one. It's very comfortable in that way. The downside is sometimes I need more support than this pillow provides. I tend to alternate between sleeping on my back or on my side, and when I'm sleeping on my back this isn't the best pillow for me. However when I want to sleep on my side, or just want an extra pillow to prop up in bed while I read, it works pretty good for that.
