Car Door Handle

absolutely brilliant little product! Every car should have one inside. I’ve just had a hip replacement so felt pretty pretty scared getting in an out the car saw this on Amazon and I thought okay I get it because Amazon are pretty good for returning things if it’s not needed or isn’t right that’s the best thing about Amazon no hassle so open the car door and saw the little slot to fit the handle and slipped it and held on tight backed up into the car and sat down on my seat. This little handle helper made me feel so so much safer and secure then to make it even better, it’s gotten blade inside to cut the seatbelt even an emergency. It’s also usable to break the glass in another emergancy how great is that? Such an unusual product but such a useful product I think it should be compulsory to carry one of these in everybody’s car in the first aid kit I mean, when you think about it it is a part first aid getting in a car getting out of a car using it to cut seatbelt. It’s a bit of an emergency product but extremely good.

So handy for reduced mobility. A big help to assist getting out of a car. Saves helper taking all the strain. Highly recommend.

Useful and sturdy. Comfortable grip. Does what it is supposed to do as far as providing a good handle for leverage of weight whilst getting out of the car.

Perfect for the job . Good solid piece of equipment . Makes my mum’s life a lot easier getting in and out of the car . Hopefully I won’t have to use the car seat belt cutter or the window smashing parts !!! Fits neatly in the door compartment as well . A good buy !

This is fantastic for my elderly mother and for anyone recovering from an injury, it’s so ridiculously simple but very, very effective. I have recommended to everyone it makes a massive difference when you’re trying to get in and out of car. My friend recommended this to me and I have absolutely no regrets in fact I bought two so that I have one for when my mother comes and my sister has one when she’s there we just keep them in the car. If you buy one, you won’t regret it.

Recommended to me by a friend and she wasn't wrong! My elderly dad struggles to get in and out the car as has poor mobility. This is such a simple gadget but works a treat! Very strong once attached which is so easy to do, gives my dad something to hold onto and doesn't budget once in place so he feels safe using it to put full weight on while getting in and out. Made a huge difference. Didn't realise it also has a seat belt cutter and window breaker in case of emergency which hopefully I will never have to use but good to know it's there in case. Fits in gloves box. Highly recommend and at a great price too

It is good to help those with limited mobility get in and out cars. I doubt very much if the ‘hammer head’ will break a car window.

I got this to help my elderly mother who has had a couple of strokes. My husband thought I'd wasted my money. But it has turned out to be quite helpful for her when getting out of the car. She grabs the arm of the wheelchair (which is put close to the car) with her (weak) right hand, and grabs this handle with her left hand, and uses it to pull herself into a standing position. (At the same time I am also pulling on her coat or the gait belt.) She actually prefers holding onto the strap above the grip handle, but also uses the grip handle sometimes. Occasionally she also uses it when getting into the car. It is easy to use and installs quickly. We start the car, roll down the window, loop this around the door frame above the window and click the buckle and it's ready to use. Adjust the length the first time it's used and then it stays at that length unless you adjust it again. After she is in the car and her seatbelt is hooked, I unclip this from the car door, quickly roll it up and put it into the pocket of the door until the next time.
