Is this a black liquid or is it white

black liquid. i used it for renovating the plastic were the windscreen wipers are situated. works a treat. that good i did grille , any black bits that had suffered uv ray greyness. loads of uses. a great product. wear gloves it can be messy

Would this hide small scuffs on a black mirror trim

if used several times it's ability to hide scuffs is good be aware that over time the scuff will reappear as the film wears off

Can I use this inside the car? I have scratches by the ignition keyhole and other areas where the interior plastic has faded to a grey colour. Thanks

Can not see any problem treating inside the car. Would advise spraying the treatment onto a cloth then using it on the key surrounds. This is a good item and I recommend.
