BOUGHT THREE OF THESES AS GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS, BECAUSE MY BEST FRIEND SAID THEY ARE GREAT. Her peel 5lb. of potatoes in 5 to 10 minutes. No one has given me any feedback. I have to say my grandson didn't know what it was, he is newly married. Make a great gift. Nice size doesn't take up too much counter space. Work good and faster than peel fruit or potatoes buy hand.

Works very well
This is a very useful gadget if you have hand problems where traditional ways of peeling hurt the hands or fingers. It is easy enough to clean. Runs on batteries or the provided cord. You will still have to peel a few spots yourself and sometimes adjust the food item. It's very sharp for being plastic.

I LOVE THIS GADGET!!! I HATE peeling potatoes and apples. I won't eat either with the skin, but this gadget peels potatoes and apples in just a few seconds time. The only negative is that it doesn't get the very top or bottom - but I just cut those slivers off and proceed. This is a lightweight, easy to move, very effective tool. For me, it was a great buy and offered fantastic value for the money. It simplifies my life in a way that I can truly appreciate. I literally have eaten about 10 times as many apples since buying this because it can peel my apple in about 10 seconds.
