Favorite pre workout snack (either half or full) every morning before either a lift or run. Incredible light and fluffy taste with instant carbs (without feeling bogged down) to help fuel your workout. Exceptionally perfect before long cardio runs and helped me for my recent half marathon. No stomach upset, very tasty with a little sweetness, and great texture.

Excellent for before during or after a workout. I only use these when I'm going over an hour because they have 30+ grams of carbs and are for serious efforts. I've carried them in my pocket for miles on a hot day and they still taste good. Highly recommend. Easy on your stomache also

These are the best energy bars. They don’t cause my stomach to be upset, great boost when I need it. And they taste wonderful!

Our family go-to!
We love BPN and these are no exception! My husband is an ultra marathon runner and has the MTHFR gene mutation. These are a fuel we both go to regularly and keep us feeling great! We also carry them with us during races! Texture and taste are excellent! Clean ingredients and not an incredible amount of sugar.

Dryer than a popcorn fart in July
These are dryer than a popcorn fart in July! Like a rice crispy treat left on the counter top for a month. The 15g of added sugar are the only thing that makes it palatable. Now I now why there is so much added sugar. Ditch the added sugar and try a chocolate filling or layer in the middle. Just my $.02¡
