It is a lovely piece of furniture. It looks great and exactly like what it pictured. It came in 5 rather large boxes and took quite a while to put together, but was well worth all the effort. The only issue I have is that the cushions do tend to blow off quite a lot, but to me it's not that big of a deal. I spent quite a lot of time searching for a garden set and I am really happy that I chose this one. It is comfortable and for what all you get, the price was excellent.

Easier to put together than we expected even though it takes quite a few hours. Comfy cushions are great. We had to buy separate clips to keep it from moving about, would have been good to have the option to buy at the same time but all in all, love it.

Firstly this is best suited in my opinion to people under 5'6 to maybe 5'8, I say this because the seating is low, my husband is 6'3 and finds it a bit uncomfortable to sit on due to it being so low. I am 5'3 and it's fine for me. This arrived by pallet courier on a pallet in 5 boxes, they were numbered to make finding parts easier, there was also a small ratchet which was much appreciated and made the whole process. of building it so much easier, everything was clearly marked and the instructions were clear but having experience in building furniture is certainly helpful. Also having help, one person could build this but easier with 2. We built this over 2 weekends only because of unpredictable weather. But build time is a few hours to half a day depending on experience at building flat pack style furniture. It's fairly straightforward to put together but I would loose fit everything together then tighten the bolts up as this makes it's easier to get everything to line up. I wouldn't call it grey, the cushions are more of a grey/blue colour and the scatter cushions which came in the set are cream, but it's still very nice and it all matches in together with the base. The table comes with 2 pieces of black glass that comes with a warning that sudden temperature changes can cause it to shatter, ok so no cold glasses on a hot day, this although nice to look at, makes it pointless in my opinion, this I will be replacing with something more substantial like marine ply or tiles, I will figure something out. I can't take the risk of this shattering around my grandkids or dogs, but replacing this is a small issue, and the set is still worth it. Each piece of the set has individual levelling screws so if your patio is a bit uneven it's easy to level it all up, this in my opinion is a big plus. Do I think it will last for years to come? No I don't, It may last a few years but I think sagging on the seats will occur as there is very little in the way of support on the middle of the seat area, even a plastic milk crate configuration underneath this area as a little extra support would be better than basically sitting on the rattan itself, there is supports on the seat are but they are not directly in the middle, or cross it, I have other garden furniture which rust free and the seats are supported with a criss cross of plastic underneath, as for rust I have no doubt this will occur through time, it has on all metal framed rattan furniture I have owned in the past I don't see this as an exception. In conclusion it's a nice set for the money, lots of seating options, I wouldn't want to pay much more for it and I bought it on sale, a few tweaks here and there and it would be an amazing garden furniture set. As it is, yes it's worth the money, you do get a lot of furniture, with multiple seating options, it's takes up less space than you might think, and being low profile it's not imposing in the garden, grab it on sale if you can, just don't expect years and years of service from it.

Perfect. Just what we wanted and great value for money. Looks lovely under my pergola in the corner of the garden. So comfy too and took only a week to arrive

Value for money. Not the easiest to put together if you’re doing it alone otherwise between 2 people it will take approx 3 hours to assemble. Recommend all parts are laid out and one person puts it together by soft fixing all screws and another person tightening it. End product is awesome.

Looks great , very comfy . But very fiddly to put together . Needs at least two people . Instructions not very clear either , as there are different size bolts , look the same on the instructions . Took a while to work out what went where.

Arrived in great time on a pallet as rather heavy but very good quality product, easy to put together if you take your time and read the manual. Took me 3 hours to open and finish. Had a table issue but contacted the sellers and they sent replacement out straight away which was perfect, no complaints from me and well worth more than the asking price. Would recommend to everyone looking for quality, even came with full sets of cushions and pillows. (I bought separately and added pink cushions)

arrived very quickly in three boxes on one pallet. Good tool that came with it to help assemble but need to put three or four hours aside to complete it. Cushions could be thicker and would benefit from some sort of ties on them as they do fall over from the back when you get up or lean forward. Overall very happy
