I’m confused on the directions. I need one cup of tamarind juice for pad Thai, anyone know how many teaspoons for that?

Here's what I would do...Take two generous tablespoons and mix in a cup of hot or warm water. That should do it. I love this, our son is a chef and he uses it all the time. Another great one is pomegranate molasses.

how long does it last once opened in the refrigerator

I opened ours many years ago and it is just fine. We only use a teaspoon at a time so it will take a long time to be used up.

what are the ingredients?

The label reads tamarind extract. I used all of it and am trying another brand at the moment. This is very concentrated.
