Amazing tray for cooking ham! Especially a 10lb one
Recently purchased this tray for my ham that I bought for Easter dinner this weekend. It was very affordable and did its job! It was able to cook my 10lb spiral ham. The tray feels very durable and was fairly easy to clean. I plan to use this again when I need to bake hams or turkeys for the holidays. I may even find other recipes that would work best with this type of baking tray. The draining rack fits perfectly and easy to take on and off. I like the handles on the side of the tray, help carrying food that is heavy and placing in and out of the oven. I highly recommend this product for most of your kitchen needs for baking!

Great Pan and Rack--At an Exceptional Price
If you have searched Amazon or AmazonSmile for "broiling pans," you have no doubt discovered that few pans advertise themselves as broiling pans--except the big, ugly, blue pans with white flecks that are usually included with a new oven. So in looking for a smaller, deeper oven pan with a stainless-steel rack to use to broil steaks, chops, or chicken, I found none that advertised themselves as "broilers," only as "roasters." In reviewing this Farberware Nonstick Bakeware 11"' x 15" Roaster, I looked for reviews in which the reviewer stated he or she had used it to broil. Several other reviews of this pan report such use, and success in doing so, so I took a chance and bought one. Glad I did. I used this Farberware Nonstick Bakeware last night to broil two thick rib steaks, and the pan and rack worked just as expected. The pan itself is well constructed and appears sturdy enough to stand up to years of use as a broiler. The rack would hold up the Rock of Gibraltar--it is exceptionally heavy and far sturdier than needed. Wonderful rack--it would no doubt support a 20 or 25 pound roast. After broiling the steaks, both pan and rack were soaked while dinner was served and eaten, and all residue of the broiling was soaked off to such a degree that it took less than a minute to wash completely. We put the rack in the dishwasher anyway just to see how it would hold up, and it came out fine. This pan is a good deal at $14.95. I highly recommend it for broiling, and it sure appears to be an excellent choice for roasting--or even for brownies or sheet cakes.

Fabulous Roasting Pan
I bought this to take the place of my old broiler pan and I love it! When I bake chicken breasts they cook very evenly because the rack allows the air to circulate well. The pan also cleans up easily. I highly recommend it.

Nice size for broiling, a bit low on temperature rating, and a little tricky to clean.
We bought this to broil steaks and chicken with some water in the bottom. We have a stainless steel water broiler that cost about $80 which is nice, but its smaller than this unit. The other water broiler we have offers two advantages: 1) it can be used at 500F and 2) the grill is on the surface of the pan, so you can get the meat closer to the heating element than with this Faberware system which has the grill recessed. When choosing this unit we observed that the metal wire which makes up the grill itself seemed to be heavier than competing products. When it arrived, we were pleased to find a nice, heavy gauge wire grill with nice chrome plating. Its not stainless, but it sure seems like a good alternative. We also noted that the grill had two reinforcing wires that run the length of the grill, which makes it more sturdy. The only downside to these reinforcing wires is that they complicate the cleaning process somewhat. I suppose of all you do is put it in the dishwasher, its maybe not an issue, but I prefer to hand clean things immediately after cooking. Getting all the cooking residue off the joints where the grill wires intersect is time consuming. Also, since the instructions say keep the heat to 450F, we're a bit shy on the searing heat we like for broiling. So we cook a little longer and put the pan on the highest rack, close to the heating element. I suspect this will cause early failure of the non-stick surface, but if we get a year out of this, we'll be happy.

Used for Thanksgiving and passed with flying colors!
This was the perfect size pan for our 15 1/2 pound turkey. We followed all the instructions and we could not have been happier as the bird sat exactly on rack in the pan, not too high or low, and cooked very well. There was plenty of room to use stock in the area below the rack and extract fluid using a baster. We were easily able to put it in and out of the oven, the turkey cooked perfectly, and the pan best of all was a delight to clean -nothing stuck, and there were no issues at all removing the liquid drippings and without any scratches or rough areas. We will be using this in the future and for the first use of this pan I have to say it’s just so much worth it for the price. I want to add last year we were given a turkey by my husband‘s company and we didn’t have a roasting pan so we used foil one that we already had and it was rather deep which resulted in turkey undercooked from the deep side of the pan and overcooked on the part that was out of the pan lol. What a difference this purchase has made!

Coating is bad quality
The tray is heavy and that is good. But the coating is very poor and after using three months it is removing from inside.
