I love this blackening seasoning. It use it on salmon and cod and it is very tasty.

If you love Cajun cooking, this product is a must have.
Being from the South, especially Texas and part Louisiana, I love Cajun cooking. Decided to try Cajun Choice because it seemed to be closest to Cajun seasoning. Used it today on my fish and finally found a product that gave me the flavor I wanted. This product is much better than what I paid more money for at the grocery store.

The BEST CAJUN SPICE
Best Cajun spice. I've been using over 25 years. Originally tasted at grocery store. I make cajun chicken and cajun fish cooked in lots of butter. Cajun everything. Favorite fish is salmon.
