Faulty Certified Refurbished Alexa + False Replacement Promise
I ordered a Certified Refurbished Alexa expecting it to be tested and fully functional, but the unit arrived faulty right out of the box. Contacted the seller and Amazon support, was promised a next-day replacement — but that never happened. Every day I kept getting delays, with no clear explanation. If this is “certified,” then the quality check process seriously needs improvement. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the false delivery commitments. Wasted time, energy, and trust. Definitely not what I expect from Amazon’s refurbished program.

Excellent product.
It's a really good product with fast blootooth connectivity and a crispy clear audio. I got this product as a refurbished one with an year of warranty but it works and looks as new. I got it for 3800 which is definitely a value for money product. The motion sensing and temperature sensing works really fine.
