If you suffer from back pain, you probably have tried a lot of different products with mixed success. This Lumbar support pillow will vary in effectiveness based on how you use it. These are the use cases I tested: Behind me on a couch. Rating: 7/10. Added some good support where there was minimal to none before. Behind me driving a car. Rating: 10/10. This product really shines here. The support was perfect. It adds the right amount of support and my back felt much better. Behind me in an office chair: Rating 3.5/10. This is the listing's essential use case, and it is where the support proved the least helpful. In fact, where the other use cases made my back feel better, this one made my back feel worse. Obviously all these vary based on what couch I have, what car I drive, and what office chair I use, but I feel that this pillow is a worthy inclusion depending on your use case. The quality seems nice with a decent amount of "squish" while not being too squishy.

Perfect in my car! Used it on a long drive for the first time this weekend and finally my lower back did not hurt. Easy to attach to seat seat, and easy to adjust to the perfect height where you need it positioned.

I got this for my car because the one I like better (which is no longer available) was just perfect for my sofa instead. This one is a good, well-made back support for cars, and in Hawaii, where cars can easily get up over 100 degrees while parked in the sun, is standing up well to it after several months use. Definitely recommend.

This is just a big contoured chunk of memory foam. There's really no attempt at providing lumbar or lateral support in spite of a slight increase in foam volume in those areas. Worse yet, the straps are so short that even at they're longest I can barely buckle them around the seat (and it's a car not an SUV). It's better than nothing, but not supportive.

Very nice cushion and the size was great and the tie straps are awesome for my car. The material and thickness is very good but we will see how it holds up to this Hot Texas Summer. The firmness is ok I need more for my back but overall is a 5 Star winner.

Memory foam is soft and moulds to your back. 4 stars only because the bottom strap is about an inch or 2 short of being able to comfortably fit around a the big RV seats.
