We decided to give JoySpring Mood Magic a try to help support our child’s mood. Whenever they start getting grumpy or just tired we ask if they want one. They immediately say yes and love taking it. It’s easy to drink for them and they love the taste, so there wasn’t any struggle getting them to take it. While it’s not a miracle product, we noticed our girls seemed a little calmer and better able to handle everyday frustrations after using it. I also appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients and doesn’t contain a lot of unnecessary additives. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a gentle, natural mood support supplement for kids.

I had originally bought these for my son who has ADHD on steroids. My husband mentioned that saffron can be a natural support and then a friend recommended these to me as well. My son didn’t like them in the “pixie stick“ powder form and so he didn’t really take to them. However, I decided to try them and feel like I found a magical unicorn. I love the “pixie stick” texture – – reminds me of my childhood in summer. And I swear by these in natural support for my own late-in-life ADHD diagnosis. If you’re like me, and struggle in the afternoons, after medication may have worn off, these can be hugely helpful! And they are fun to consume. WARNING: tap little bits onto your tongue—too much at once and the powder can kick up and make you cough…not that that happened to me in a public place or anything 🫠🫣🤓

I threw this product away this because it has silicone dioxide in it and natural flavors. It caused me and my son to feel like we had a UTI. Otherwise it tasted good.

I gave two stars because my son didn't quite like the taste and it was a battle to get him to try and take this every morning. We tried just taking the powder, like candy, as well as mixing it with water. He didn't like it either way. On the days he did take this, I didn't notice anything different with his hyperactive behavior or emotional outbursts. Actually, since trying to take these, his anger has intensified. I think every kiddo is different however, and while this didn't work for my child maybe it could help another. But for us, we will not be buying again.

My kid actually asks for these—huge win! They mix well in a water bottle and taste like a light fruity treat without the sugar overload. The added saffron, magnesium, and lemon balm create a nice calm effect around homework time. These are fun, effective, and perfect for helping my little one manage big feelings. I took off one star only because I wish there were more flavor options to keep things exciting, but otherwise, this has been a parenting helper in a stick.
