Vitamatic Benfotiamine Pure Powder 600 mg per Serving - 100 Grams - Also Called Fat Soluble Vitamin B1

I have been happy with this brand for other supplements and I specifically shop for more environmentally friendly take up less room packets over bulky plastic containers, packets "shrink" as you use them containers do not- My hands are small and I don't have any issue with packets but I get why others complain, perhaps a more wide less tall packet would be improvement but this is how they are made regarding "shelf space" a lot of times- I also use mini binder clips so I don't have to deal with ziplocs breaking. I choose powders for no fillers, easy to adjust dosage, and my dislike of taking loads of pills. As many others have stated the taste of this supplement is a rough one, just a small amount makes our supplement smoothies noticeably more bitter but it is not the only one we take that doesn't taste good, capsules may be a better alternative for this one if taste is a problem for you. And because I'm sure I'm not the only one with this TMI quirk my PSA for this is regarding the smell- it is like a strong sour sulfur and because of this unfortunate occasional quirk I have is that this smell carries into urine so for that reason alone I did stop taking it- and no I don't have the asparagus issue, but it is why I'll always refuse amoxicillin as well because I just can not deal with it multiple times a day! I'll probably visit it again one day in smaller doses to see if there is getting past it... was trying for neurodivergent benefits.

The B1 powder arrived as described and weight is accurate. Using 1/2 tsp ism on the money, if your not use to powdered vitamins they are bitter there are no pills involved, however, you can purchase veggie caps and make your own. I didn’t experience any stomach issues after ingestion.

I am using this powder in my fight against neuropathy. It works much better than pills of the same name

Very difficult getting powder out of package envelope with short, small scoop. Powder gets all over the place. Why not a container with a lid that will hold the powder and the scoop. My review describes the product container and the fact that the powder taste is awful.

This is an easy to take powder for people who don't want to take a lot of pills. You can just put it right into your morning smoothie!

I take several supplements, and I appreciate any that I can find in powder form, as it eliminates the need for additional capsules. This works very well for what I take it for.
