Excellent oder control, clumps well and no tracking. A little dusty when I refill it but that’s expected with fine litter. Though it says unscented, it has a slight pleasant scent, which our boy doesn’t mind. All in all a good value.

Nice litter, no strong scent. Cats like it well enough. Not much dust. Smaller box than I thought it would be, but it is a decent product. Not too heavy. And it lasts a while.

This is the best cat litter I have ever used. It's easy to scup out. It drys out What gets scuped and doesn't make a mess. It is also very affordable. They are also very helpful if you have to call them for any reason. If you are on the fence, try it out. I think you will be glad you did.

Repeat buyer for a long time. Love that this is unscented without any powder fluffing up after use. Clumps and scoops easily, cat uses without a problem. We used to buy the lightweight unscented version, but that formula doesn’t seem to be available anymore. This one has been working well. My only complaint is that it seems to be a bit different lately than it used to be. It is thicker or seems to have more litter “pebbles” in it. So I have to check and clean my cat’s paws more often as little little pebbles (from the box) get stuck in it.

Cats love it. I love that there is no perfume. I try to keep all things cat related chemical free. This fits the bill. Fair price as well.

Owning cats for decades, I've tried SO MANY types of litter. I've really been seeking something a little more eco friendly than traditional clay litter, but everything I tried smelled so bad or tracked horrendously (not to mention they were all incredibly expensive.) I'm very pleased to have found this Fresh Step. It REALLY controls odor for almost 4 weeks. Scooping is easy. Some tracking, but not more than regular litter, and much less than others I tried. We use a VERY large/deep box, so I find I need two boxes of this to fill it. If you are sensitive to fragrances, I feel this does have a LITTLE bit of fragrance to it, but we are very sensitive, and it's not enough to bother us, nor do I feel it bothers our cat.

Good product I had used for a stray cat I no longer have. It seemed to control the odor with no dust.

There is something wrong with the new formula for this litter. I have used this for 5 or 6 years with great results; however, the past 3 boxes have not worked properly. The clumping action is not working; instead, this litter turns into something akin to dark gray Crisco lard - but with grains of sand mixed in. Almost impossible to clean off. The litter scoop becomes so covered in slime that I have to wash it to finish scooping the box. I have to take the litter box into the backyard and pressure-wash it to clean it I would include a photo, but I think people may actually become sick if they saw it. I'm not sure what I'll get to replace it, but it will not be a Fresh Step product. Done with that for life.
