This broke after one use...

Why Such Tight Screws?
Seemingly good quality, durable wheels and worked perfectly with our Crazy Cart Shift. However, I have to agree with a previous reviewer that the wheels arrive with the screws tightened so damn much that it was a struggle to get them out. I also stripped the screw on one wheel and had to use the existing screw from the Crazy Cart. One of the spacers was also impossible to take off. I took the ball bearings out and tried using a hammer and screwdriver to try and bump it off, but I stopped not wanting to damage the thing. I eventually got it all on the cart, but it was much harder than it needed to be.

Casters and wheels fit and work but…
The casters rotate smoothly and they fit perfectly onto my crazy cart. The wheels have lasted good durability but the screw that holds the wheel is secured ridiculously tight. I recently upgraded (more like trying to) to hockey puck wheels but I cannot remove the screw for the life of me. The screw was put in so tight that I’ve stripped the screws, my hex key kit, and have resorted to using plyers to manually untighten the bolt. However that’s only worked on one side, the other still stuck. Maybe this is just a one off thing and I got a bad set but there’s no flexibility in this caster set
