I love my gladiator Ice pack!!!
I love this ice pack. Its super easy to use feels great. Its perfect for me. The only issues I see are that it never gets SUPER cold, however it stays cold for quite a while. I just adjust and leave it on 10 more minutes and I put it directly on my skin. The material is really nice, strap is usual material, but not uncomfortable. Im a 6'1 and 196 pound who was an athlete all my life and it feels perfect. The reason I bring that up is that I think that some of the smaller or older folks, may find this a tad on the heavy side. Imo the weight helps keep that cold pressed up nicely against you. I Def recommend this. My shoulder dimensions were 1 inch over the max and I have zero issues with tightness or feeling like it doesn't fit. Its not the smallest ice pack either obviously, but it fits pretty easily because its flat. Def happy and wish I had had this years ago. Ive already told my friends about it and my Airrosti practitioner. Sincerely, it has made a difference in my life and I hope it does to yours too. Oh, and you kind of look like a gladiator. Bonus!! lol. 😆 🤣

PERFECT!
Shoulders are the hardest areas to ice. This ice pack wrap conforms to your body and stays very cold for a really long time. If you lie down, it conforms to the front of the shoulder area and that's where I need it, but you can also get up and move around if necessary. I can only use one arm to adjust the strap attachment, so I can suggest making the back strap as long as possible so you can attach the front strap with one hand. It's hard to explain. The straps can be pulled tight so it doesn't shift too much. I love how flexible it is. Great size, great quality. I have already recommended this to someone who will have shoulder surgery soon.

solid jiggly super cold gel
This shoulder ice pack is amazing. I just got it in the mail, put it into the freezer and tried it on for the first time. It's made of a 1/2 inch thick solid but squishy gel material and covered with a soft stretchy material. I just had rotator cuff repair and will be returning to work 11 days post op. Icing is essential especially early on in recovery. I do have a cold therapy machine, but was looking for something a little more portable while I'm at work or out and about. It's pretty comfortable. There are no straps that go under the arm on the side that has ghe ice pack on it, but its super soft ans stretchy so thats a bonus. It stays cold for 20+ mins. I think this checks all my boxes. The only 3 "cons" are: It is a bit on the heavy side. I did need a little help putting it on since I only have 1 hand I can use... I do think it will get easier with practice. Lastly, you probably should wear a shirt underneath it because it gets VERY cold.

Good but strap WAY too long
Shoulder wrap aspect is very nice - comfortable, goes around shoulder nicely and gets and stays cold for a reasonable time. The problem is the strap used to keep it on the shoulder is apparently designed for 300+ pound people and can not be adequately shortened to tighten it as needed. We are not obese (nor thin) and that aspect simply does not work for us. We will have to cut it up and resew. It needs to come with a ‘normal’ size strap and then perhaps the long one for larger people.

When You Want to be Given a Cold Shoulder
This pack fits snugly and is easy to store in the freezer. It is far better than a bag of frozen peas or a flat ice mat. The construction is durable.

Does as advertised, but might not last long.
The good: - freezes fast - stays cold for a while (30mins in 80°F room temp) - covers entire shoulder The bad: - the arm part is a bit tight and made my hand numb from lack of circulation (my arm is about 16 inches around) - the quality is questionable (used it twice and the seams are already coming apart)

Top notch!
Super comfortable, easy to put on with one arm/ hand. Stays cold for 30 minutes and can recharge in another 30. Strap is a little long but you can overlap it no problem. I would definitely purchase again but pray I won’t need to have another shoulder replacement!

Meets my needs and is a good purchase
I'm not a small woman. 5'2" 178lbs. I was looking for something that covered my entire shoulder area all the way up to my neck and down my arm but not to my elbow as some are pictured. The cold part of this one comes about 3 inches down from the top of my shoulder. It comes all the way down to just above my chest and covers the entire shoulder blade in the back. It adjusts to fit snug on anyone as the Velcro straps are the fabric side on both sides with sticky tabs on each end. The part where you insert your arm is very stretchy and comfortable. As you can see from the pictures, my batwings are not pinched at all. At the 30 minute mark it was still noticeably cold after 4 hours in the freezer. If necessary you could place an additional flexible ice pack under it but I don't think that would be necessary. You could also place a hand towel over the brace to hold in some of the cold. As others have mentioned, it is rather heavy but I find that relaxing. It did not at any point feel loose or like it would fall off. It's just what I needed.
