I’ve put this tanto through its paces, and while the blade geometry is great for piercing and heavy-duty tasks, the real star of the show here is the **sheath system**. The **two-position carry** is a game changer. Being able to swap between vertical carry for a standard belt setup and horizontal (scout) carry for better concealment and comfort while sitting is incredibly easy. It sits tight against the body regardless of the orientation, making it feel much more compact than it actually is. Most importantly, the **retention is excellent**. There is a very satisfying "click" when the knife is seated, and I’ve had zero issues with rattling or accidental deployment. Even when mounted upside down on a pack, I have full confidence that it isn't going anywhere until I intentionally draw it. Nice quality blade. It could be a bit more secure in the sheath, but I can fix that. And the handle is a little short. I would definitely recommend.

Sheath fits a little loose but if you take a lighter to it you can bend it to fit better. Handle is a little short to but I sanded the bottom bump out a little ways and it’s pretty dope now.

Great blade for the price. Really like the rotating belt clip, and as someone else stated sorry ninjas it does make a little noise in the sheath but Great blade

Great blade, great grind profile, small handle. The bump out at the end of the handle falls between my ring finger and pinky making it unpossible to grip with my entire hand. A straight end to the handle would have been much better for me. I don't have extremely large hands, I wear a men's xl glove

I was so disappointed in this knife, it looked cool and like it was going to be a perfect add to my collection. The handle is so small it fits my 8 year olds hands, I can only fit 3 fingers on it and don't feel like I could use it safely for anything. I definitely call false advertisements because the photo they have of a hand holding it. The only thing more disappointing is I could have saved my money and aggravation if I had read the reviews first. I would not recommend this knife to anyone.

Har köpt grova knivar förut men har aldrig fått en sån slö kniv. Fodralen är inget att ha heller. Har du det hängande på bältet så har du tappat kniven inom en kilometer. Handtaget är alldeles för litet. Riktigt besviken.

Super fast delivery by Amazon. I bought this knife as part of a 72hr. get home bag/kit that will reside in my truck at all times in case of emergency. It will do most bushcraft chores reliably. It is not high carbon steel, it is a hard high chromium steel, which means it will keep a sharp edge longer, but is harder to sharpen and will never attain a razor sharp edge, but I didn't buy it to shave or butcher with. The powder coating and high chromium steel make it virtually impervious to rust (which suits my application perfectly)....It has a well made kynar tactical sheath which holds the knife in place and makes it easy to attach to your belt or a molle strap on your pack.....All this at a price far lower than the popular battle tantos. ... UPDATE: I've been using this knife as an EDC knife, hiking, winter camping and around the house. I maintains a razor sharp edge a long time and just a few swipes on a whet stone brings the edge up again. I even carve beef roasts with it....great knife for the money.
