I picked this up to use with my Microsoft Surface in a desk setup routed through a monitor, and it's been doing exactly what I need. Worth knowing going in: this is a USB-A to USB-C cable, so you'll need a USB-A port on your charger or hub. It does not support video output or PD fast charging, so if you're looking to drive a display or charge a laptop at full speed, this isn't the right cable for that. For charging and data duties, though, it performs well. The extra length is genuinely useful in a desktop environment where outlets and ports aren't always close to each other. Works great. Running a cable through the wall for a baby monitor the standard cable wasn't long enough and this one works and it a high quality one.

This item works well and has held us with regular daily use for a few months. At least I use it in the car to charge devices for myself or whoever is in the backseat durable and does the job. It does not charge fast though.
