Does the job for using wired headphones
This works well for using older headphones with a Lightning port device. Plugged straight in and worked without any setup, audio quality is fine and there are no connection issues.The adapter feels solid enough for everyday use. Not quite as premium as the official Apple version, but for the price it does exactly what it’s meant to do and is handy if you still use wired headphones.

Not MFi Certified as Advertised
This adapter is advertised as Apple MFi Certified, but it does not appear to provide full Apple-compatible functionality.I tested it with an original Apple 3.5mm EarPods/headphone cable. Audio works, but the in-line controller buttons do not work at all when connected through this adapter.With a genuinely compatible adapter, I would expect the original Apple headset controls to function correctly. Very disappointing, especially since “Apple MFi Certified” is specifically stated in the product title.
