I would give 1 star for delivery as they did not delivered it to my doorstep and I have to manually lift this extremely heavy and large product all the way from ground to 2nd floor. I am escalating this to the highest possible ladder. Overall the product is superb and completely satisfied.

Ordered on 16th Jan and delivered on 18th Jan25 for best price as per current market values(₹30990/-.) Let me write cons first Cons: Installation & Demo: Feels like there is no control of amazon on installation. As I did not have 5A to 16A converter there was no demo. This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions. Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront. Pros: Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials are high-quality, and it seems built to last. There’s no flimsy plastic or cheap parts – you can tell the brand put effort into the durability of this model. Smooth Operation: The washing machine runs smoothly without any loud noises or weird sounds. It's incredibly quiet during operation, and washing clothes is efficient. No complaints about the washing performance – it gets the job done! Vibration Control: One of the standout features is the low vibration. It doesn’t shake excessively, even on spin cycles.

# 10 Years With Bosch — Hoping to Get Another 10–15 Years From This One I've been using a Bosch washing machine for almost 10 years, and honestly, I never had any major issues with it during that entire time. My old Bosch machine lasted around **9 years and 6 months**, which is pretty impressive in my book. Recently, though, I started having problems. I was using the washing machine with a stabilizer, and the stabilizer itself had started showing some issues. The light wasn't glowing properly, and there was some scale buildup inside it, which may have contributed to the problem. The washing machine first showed an **E-34/E-32 error** (I'm not 100% sure which one it was). I contacted Bosch, and I was told that the switch and motherboard needed to be replaced. The motherboard alone was going to cost around **₹10,500**, so I decided not to replace it. The technician told me that the motherboard could potentially be repaired, so he took it with him and brought it back after a few days. Unfortunately, we then started getting another error. Eventually, the motherboard shut down completely and the washing machine wouldn't even turn on. The technician took the board again, repaired it, and brought it back a few days later. This time, the machine would turn on, but the motor/drain motor wasn't working properly. At that point, we realized that continuing to repair a nearly 10-year-old machine was going to be a hassle. The biggest problem was that we couldn't keep waiting. We had laundry piling up for almost **15–20 days**, and with a family depending on one washing machine, that's obviously not practical. So we decided it was time for a new machine. ## Ordering the New Bosch We ordered this **9 kg Bosch washing machine**, and the first one arrived almost immediately. Unfortunately, during the open-box delivery inspection, we found a dent on the machine. The delivery person himself took it back, which was actually a good thing because we didn't have to accept a damaged product. We ordered another one. Then, for some reason, the original white-color order was canceled, so we placed another order for the **black/ash-colored model shown here**. That one arrived the very next day, and the Bosch technician came for installation the following day. The installation itself was straightforward. As expected, the technician tried to recommend a few accessories, including a washing machine cover, a stand to raise the machine, and some other items. Since we already had a Bosch washing machine before this and already had the necessary setup, we didn't need any of those accessories. He also explained the basic operation of the machine, but since we've been using Bosch for years, we were already familiar with the general operation. ## First Impressions The machine has now been running for a few days, and **so far, it is extremely smooth and quiet**. I know there are washing machines available for ₹5,000–₹8,000 less than this one, and I'm sure many of them may work perfectly well. But for me, this purchase wasn't just about getting the cheapest machine possible. My previous Bosch lasted almost **10 years without any major service**, and that experience gave me confidence in the brand. If you have a **good, stable electrical connection**, take reasonable care of the machine, and don't ignore maintenance, I believe a good washing machine can last for many years. I'm not talking about doing anything complicated. Just basic maintenance: use a proper descaling treatment occasionally depending on your water quality, keep an eye out for unusual noises or vibrations, and don't ignore problems when they first appear. I'm hoping this new Bosch gives me another **10–15 years of service**. It's only been a few days so far, so this is definitely an early review. But my first impression is very positive. **I'm going to try to get 15 years out of this machine. Let's see how it goes!** I'll come back and update this review after **6 months or a few months of regular use**, and hopefully I'll be able to add a few more long-term updates. So far: **very happy with the purchase.**

Washing is good without Noice, we hear Noice only when draining water. It consumes very less water compared to top loading.

The best washing machine i ever have... with no noise

I purchased this Bosch washing machine about a month ago, and I’ve used it only twice. It suddenly started showing a “-10” display and an E05 error. I raised a service request, and the technician said it might be a voltage or control board issue. He ordered a new control board and replaced it. Before the repair, the machine at least powered on and displayed the error. After replacing the board, the washing machine doesn’t even switch on. I’ve tried contacting the technician multiple times, but he is not responding. This has been a very disappointing after-sales service experience for a brand like Bosch. I expect a prompt resolution, either by repairing the machine properly or replacing it under warranty.
