This is a great tool for quick notes that feels like home for us yellow paper tablet guys.

We now have two remarkable2 tablets, they are incredible for staying organized and feel like you are writing on paper with pen. No lag, perfect precision. I honestly don’t know how I functioned prior to having it. This particular seller sold us a “factory refurbished - new” tablet and what arrived was a tablet that was very used, scratched, scuffed and unable to auto update. There was even sharpie drawn on the screen and back. Amazon suggested I contact the seller, when I did, they responded in Spanish (which I had to translate) and said to send it back and if the item is in “resellable” condition I would get my money back as soon as 30 days. I explained many different times, that this came to us used and NOT in new condition and wanted them to replace it with a NEW device and they refused. I attempted to work with Amazon on this many many times and they continued to redirect me to the absolute useless seller. We still have the tablet and are working with remarkable directly to resolve the issues, but when you spend over $500 on something, you expect it to be in the condition the seller advertises. Lesson learned, only by items like this direct from Amazon and not a 3rd party.

Super cool, but does take a little time to figure out the operations … but well worth the $$

I have loved this product so far. It is the best writing tablet I have ever used!

This renewed version does not include the replacement tips ($9.99) nor the 1 year Connect subscription ($29.90 annually or $35.88 monthly). While the page doesn't claim to have either of those, if you (like me) ordered this based on clicking the "Buy this product renewed and save $23.10!" link then you may have trusted that Amazon wouldn't offer that choice if the renewed version did not come with everything the new one does. That link should read "Buy this product renewed and SPEND an extra $16.79!!!" since it's the connect service that makes this thing worth having and you WILL need replacement tips. I'm returning it and ordering the new one, so I've lost a week of use of this thing - which I was super excited to get.

I use this to write everything with it

Tablet is great. The marker was defective though and while they did eventually replace it, going through ReMarkable customer service was long and painful. It wasn't until I had submitted no less than 4 tickets that it was right and they sent a new marker. Returning the whole package to Amazon would have been faster and less frustrating than getting ReMarkable to replace the marker they diagnosed in day one needed replaced.

The RM2 was professionally packaged and came in perfect condition! There were no scratches or dents and the marker that came with it was an official Marker Plus as described in the listing. Very happy with my purchase I may have been able to get this refurbished directly from ReMarkable for only a small amount more but 1 received this in ONE DAY from AMAZON where it would have been about 10 from ReMarkable. I also received my Connect 100 day free trial from ReMarkable when I registered my device. 4 month update: Still working perfectly! I didn’t think I would love the RM2 as mucc as I do. Weekends and evenings for reading epub books and doing my crossword puzzles. Weekdays for work, client meeting notes, planner, quick notes and brainstorming and journaling everyday! I have been using this EVERY day, way more than my iPad Pro. The battery lasts one week which is great for the amount I use it. I have had to replace the pen nib once. What surprises me the most is the screen shows no sign of wear, whereas my iPad Pro with paperlike screen protector showed extreme wear after only 1 month of use. The simple UI and distraction free use has made me a remarkable user for life, I won’t go back to multiple note books planners and post-its or iPad for notes. I will recommend this seller for very good refurbished products.

I purchased the reMarkable tablet after being impressed by the promotional videos, but unfortunately, the product did not live up to the marketing hype. Cons: • The tablet is overpriced for the limited features it offers. • There is a noticeable lag when using the pen, which disrupts the writing experience. • Battery life is disappointing — it drains much faster than expected. • To unlock more features, you are pushed to upgrade to newer versions, which cost close to $1000, making it an even less reasonable investment. Pros: • The paper-like writing feel is the only positive I experienced. However, this can be easily replicated on an iPad by simply applying a matte screen protector — plus, the iPad offers far more functionality. Final Verdict: I do not recommend the reMarkable tablet. The experience did not justify the price, and there are much better alternatives in the market that provide both the paper-like feel and a wide range of features. I had to return this back.

I bought it so I can use it for work purposes. I take notes in my client meetings and it helps me remember the discussion. Can use it with digital planners, journals, read books, you name it. Very versatile and easy to use. Love the pen and writing feeling too.

Would give it zero stars if I can. On button got stuck and a quick search found this is a common problem. Instead of standing behind their product customer service would give me 20% of a new one. That's it less than a few months of having it no warranty no help just 20% off. I would strongly suggest you stay away from this brand and find someone who stands behind their product. Poor design terrible customer service. Do jot purchase unless you want to throw money away
