Playermaker 2.0 Smart Soccer Tracker, Wearable AI Sensor & FIFA Certified

Finally gave in and bought my son the Playermaker 2.0 after he was asking for it for weeks. A bunch of his friends from his soccer league have one, so of course he had to have it too. I honestly didn’t expect much from it, but I’ve been beyond impressed with how much it records data. From kicking power, agility, first touch He’s constantly checking his stats, trying to improve and every Friday he sits with his friends and compares his player cards to see who got the highest score for bragging rights. It’s really nice to see him this excited about improving, before he was unmotivated, and now he wants to interact with more of the kids at the league and the healthy competition has been really helpful for him making new friends. I highly recommend it if your kid is into soccer, and looking to improve!

The Playermaker 2.0 is a fantastic product for soccer players who want real insight into their performance during training and matches. Setup was straightforward, the app is easy to use, and the sensors fit securely on the cleats without getting in the way while playing. What I liked most is that the data actually feels useful. It is not just random numbers ,it helps show important details like touches, speed, sprinting, weaker vs. stronger foot usage, and overall work rate. That makes training more engaging and gives players clear areas to focus on if they want to improve. Another big advantage is how motivating it is. Being able to check stats after each session makes practice more fun and helps turn improvement into something you can actually track. It is especially great for players, parents, and coaches who want a smarter way to measure progress over time. Overall, this feels like a well-designed product that adds real value to soccer training. I would definitely recommend it to anyone serious about developing their game.

I’d give zero stars if I could. When they work they are great. But they are trash 75% of the time. They are extremely finicky with mounting. We mounted them the same way each time, following the instructions. They would work great about 1/4 of the time. The other 3/4 we’d get errors and telling us to remount. EVEN worse, when we figured out they were trash, we asked them via their email to cancel our auto renewal and subscription back in October. They failed to do so which has resulted in their crappy system spamming my credit card which resulted in it having to be canceled and re-issued, which resulted in me having to change a bunch of bills I actually wanted on auto pay.

I Absolutely love my Playermakers! It’s completely changed the way I train and view my data it’s shown me exactly where and what I can improve and it helps me track my progress over time, develop new goals . The sensors are so easy to use, the data is SERIOUSLY incredibly helpful, and the customer service has been amazing. Highly recommend it to any soccer player serious about improving!

Great idea. Count every touch--left/right/inside/outside Measure movement, speed distance. I was so excited as my CATAPULT Tracker was being discontinued. PLAYERMAKER promises so much more. What an incredible CONCEPT But then again so was THERANOS!!!! In my experience the data collected is not reliable enough at all. I tried to test it with doing a thousand touches. It recorded not even half. The speed was over 1.5 MPH different from my STATSPORTS tracker which is much more accurate for this since it is GPS. 1 MPH is a huge amount when you are testing your speed!! The DISTANCE seemed to track correctly. Some METRICS seem to be more accurate than others. Don't expect what is promised. It will give you a rough estimate of what you have done in your session. You do see if you use your LEFT foot more than your RIGHT. And you will see other METRICS that may give you an idea of the intensity of your session. And over time I am sure it will tell you if you had a more intense session than last one but you will not get DATA that is precise. One day the sensors might actually be exact (as DATA should be) but I don't think that day is any time soon. It wasn't for THERANOS! I sadly returned mine and went with STATSPORTS as my tracker of choice which unfortunately does not have any METRICS on touches. If someone from the company could prove to me that I am wrong in my experience or I was using them wrong I would be very happy to try them again. I know there is a published tested study that shows they are accurate but my tests showed they were not. I wanted them so much to work!!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I seriously LOVE my Playermaker!! It’s so fun finishing a game or practice and getting to see all my stats afterwards. I honestly didn’t expect to care this much about the data but now I check it every single time I play lol . It’s super easy to set up and I literally forget the sensors are even on my cleats. Definitely one of my favorite soccer purchases!!

I love these for what they are intended for. The stats and ratings are very helpful and seem to adjust with time. The stats do seem to be consistent, which is helpful. The reason for not giving the fifth star: the battery charging is pretty horrible. I have had several instances of charging and the batteries being dead mid game or practice and losing the data. Also, the card charger is not the best and sometimes the cards have trouble seating correctly. Or as it bounces around in my sons pack, they record erroneous data that I need to disregard. Recommended enhancements would be to fix the design of the pod to be both a charger and the Bluetooth port, and refine the fitment of the cards into the pod for more security and better connectivity. Overall, this is a great product if you want to see areas of strengths and needs, and its a great way to track some levels of soccer development. I do recommend it.

I was first introduced to Playermaker through my son’s AYSO team and honestly, he’s been beyond obsessed with it ever since. After every practice he wants to check his stats and see if he can beat his touches from the day before. As a parent, I absolutely love to see his drive, and I can actually see what he’s doing and track his improvement. By just reviewing his stats on the first day, we were quickly able to see he was using his left foot significantly more than his right , which is something we definitely wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. Playermaker has been a really fun way to keep him motivated, and he even tried to compete with his friends. If your kid loves soccer and you’re looking for a gift they’ll actually use, I highly recommend Playermaker. We’ve only had it a few weeks and he absolutely loves it!

I was hesitating to buy at first since it is an expensive piece. Worth buying. Love it. Yiu can track all the steps you are doing through the app.

We love these trackers, they give lots of data to allow the coaches and players to improve. They’re easy to use. Only thing that could be better is battery life.
