We've only been using them for a few weeks, but so far we love how well things cook in them, they are non-stick and clean up easily. They also look great hanging from our pot rack! I only wish that they make a matching square griddle with a handle. I see that they make a rectangular griddle but we don't need one that big, we already have two of them in a different material that we are happy with. We want a hammered copper square griddle that we can hang from our pot rack! Gotham Steel, can you help? We bought the set when it was at a reduced price which made it a great value for the money!

Love these pits and pans. I have been a fan of copper cookware for awhile and happy to gift these to my daughter for her new house. They do not stick and are super easy to clean. Food just seems to taste better.

I love this cookware! Nothing sticks, which makes it great for just about everything. I also love that it is ceramic and not the traditional "non-stick" surface, as those start to scratch, and who knows what is ending up in your food? I will eventually add a larger frying pan, as this one is only 10". The pieces are also very elegant-looking and easy to clean. The only downside is that the utensils in the set stain easily when used with something like chili.

The pots and pans are well made, you can cook without oil, easy to clean. So far we are very pleased with our purchase, the only thing I am disappointed with is the handles on top of the lids gets very hot when left on the pan while cooking you have to use a pot holder to remove the lid. I plan on writing to Gotham to see if they have any advice.

I am very dissatisfied with this product. After the 3 or 4th time I used this product, it I was not able to clean the bottom of the cookware. The quality of it was very disappointing. There were scratches on the bottom, inside were scratches on the steel, and I added oil to make some dishes not stick. My niece cooked eggs in the small skillet. I was appalled the eggs stuck to the bottom. I soaked, scrubbed to get the eggs cleaned. I even ordered a type of cleaner for this steel cookware. There are several features about this cookware that proved to be disappointing.

Fantastic pots and pans, we replaced and got rid of all our junk. Highly recommended nonstick as advertised, perfect size for every use, worked great in the oven, very durable, super high end look of cooper.

Absolutely love these pots and pans! I was so surprised that the quality is so high being as they really aren't that expensive. Non-stick?absolutely! They're pretty and I have not had to use any oil for cooking!
