RAINPOINT Sprinkler Timer with Brass Inlet & Outlet, Programmable Hose Timer for Garden Soaker Hose, Watering Timer with Rain Delay/Manual Watering System, Digital Drip Irrigation for Yard, Lawn

Well, I bought one, used it for a month, and then bought another. That kind of puts it in perspective. This thing was a breeze to install and has yet to leak at the inlet or outlet side. It has never failed to go on and off as programed and has literally saved our little garden and some of our pasture during the FL drought. The best part about it is the wording on the dial for programming. No little symbols or icons, just plain words - "How Long," "How Often," "Time", "Start." It harkens back to simpler times before you had to hold two buttons and stand on one foot to get to features. Simply turn the knob to the words you know and its done. , I do have a little shield over it to keep it out of direct sun and keep water out of the battery compartment, not sure I need it, but I am fond of this little thing so I am protecting it.

This is awesome, easy to set up and use wish I would have purchased one long ago

These sprinkler timers have worked great! Easy to setup the times and connect to faucets. One receives a lot of sunshine on it and so far it still looks the same as when purchased, no fading. I do wish there was an option to turn on the sprinkler outside of the timer hours, instead of having to disconnect from the timer and reconnect to the faucet. That’s not a deal breaker, just a little annoying. Timers are still worth it!

I would have given it five stars except for one slight peculiarity about the programming. Just read the directions carefully and do exactly step-by-step What it says. I didn’t do that because it seems fairly intuitive. But what I missed was you have to turn the dial specifically clockwise after each step in the setting in order for it to be saved. Otherwise it seems to work great. We use it to keep our birdbaths full of water while we’re traveling. And the birds seem to like it very much.

Excellent timer & easy to use

Simple & easy to use. Programming was a snap. The ease of use prompted us to buy a second one. We will be expanding our garden irrigation to three zones next year & will buy another one. Decided on brass instead of plastic because they are out in the sun & weather. I can't speak to the durability of the plastic hose connections but the brass is good so far.

Excellent product and very easy to use. With thoroughly recommend rain point to others.

I don't know why I took so long to buy. Works perfect on vacations. You can turn off timer, or go manually for a quick watering. I took it off the faucet before freezing seasons. Keep your instructions. I did use the white tape to eliminate any drip. Works perfect!

Works as advertised, easy to install and program

Le matériel semble solide et la programmation facile.
