i threw out the instructions on accident , how do you pair it ?

you can pair it like any other nintendo wireless controller, the only issue i had was that it took a little while and i had to keep trying to press the buttons to pair.

Can you pair this wirelessly to a Windows 10 computer for gaming?

This is my daughter's controller. She was able to pair it with her windows 10, but it did not work to control the games. I think the games were within steam, but not sure. It may work with other games.
