Much Better than I expected!
I purchased this walking pad with the intention to use it at a desk whilst working remotely. So far it has exceeded my expectations! Its quiet, stable, has some great features and seems to have a great build quality. The manual is very clear (including how to resolve error codes) and it came with the two bottles of lubricant and the tools for adjusting the belt. Before your first use they say you should add some lubrication to the pad which wasnt very difficult to do. Tightening the belt back is a little finicky as one side too tight will cause the belt to slip on one side. The instructions were clear in the case of the belt slipping which side to tighten more. The handlebar that props up also has the funtions which automatically turn on when upright. The remote works perfectly and the app is more feature rich than i thought as it can also be used as a remote to control the speed (max speed is 5km/h) Because of its size it can very easily be stored and can be moved around, just be wary it is quite heavy for its size (approximately 22kg) I paid 170 for it which is a steal at that price!

Good solid walking / jogging pad with minoissue
Had it for a few weeks now, very good for the money. Only minor thing is the magnet on the safety harness is not strong enough to switch the reed switch in the upper console, you get a E10 error. I had a neodymium magnet lying around and used that instead. Great product let down by a cheapy magnet! Edit: Just to add after seeing people saying the belt slips to one side. Run the treadmill on the lowest speed then use the provided Allen key to adjust the roller on the back. If the belt is pulling to the left for example then either tighten the left side or loosen the right side, quarter turn at a time. The belt will slowly travel to the middle then tighten the side you are adjusting slightly to keep the belt there. Takes a few minutes but worth getting it aligned.

Good if set up correctly
Decent, very good customer service Need to be careful with the Alan keys it can remkce the thread if the tightener screws. Belt slips quite a bit otherwise 5 stars

AVOID
First purchased 26th Nov. As of 2nd March, I still don't have a functioning product, and despite repeated requests for a refund, I'm stuck with a product I don't want and they still have my money. The first machine was faulty; despite HOURS of time spent carefully following a multitude of conflicting instructions, it proved impossible to align the track. The company agreed it was faulty, sent out a replacement and advised me to dispose as the original machine 'as I wished'. We carefully followed set up instructions again for the second machine and were relieved to find the track aligned as it should. However, as soon as I started using it, it began making loud squeaking sounds. This was on the slowest walking speed, wearing brand new shoes, with the walking mat on a suitable mat and flooring. We had lubricated and aligned everything as instructed. The company have repeatedly told me the noise is down to 'debris on the track' which I should 'clean with a brush'. It's brand new, there is no debris. One dodgy machine is bad luck, two in a row means I have zero trust in this brand. My request for a refund was met with the claim I should return the machine the next day (a Sunday) at my own cost. I don't think you should have to pay to return a faulty machine. I want it collected and a full refund processed asap. Strongly advise avoiding this product.

Brilliant Customer Service
I had a few hiccups with delivery of this item which was no fault of the seller. However, the seller was very responsive to messages and communicated well with the delivery service to get my parcel to me. The item itself is fantastic quality and quieter than I was expecting too compared to other ones I have tried. It's very sturdy and does not wobble. It's rare to get such good customer support and I'm reassured knowing this is a company who truly cares and delivers what it promises. I researched this item before purchasing and read reviews. I liked it so much based on the that even my friend ordered one too when I told her about it. I don't normally leave reviews but this is a product I highly recommend! Very big thank you to Ling from the company for all her help with my questions.

One of the best purchase this year
One of the best purchase this year, and a great device for work from home The treadmill came well packed. Instructions were very easy to understand and very quick to assemble it. This treadmill is very simple to use and works quite well as a home running machine since not much chance to workout working from home now adays and a big plus for the slimline and compact design. All this makes it a very good value for money, definitely recommend those who WFH to purchase.

Arrived defective
ARRIVED BROKEN, the safety key did not registering on the device and it would not work without it. See other reviews to see that this is a reoccurring issue. Urevo do not answer their emails so I have gone through Amazon seller messaging. It has took 4 days to get them to send a replacement key with a 5-7 days wait. I received the treadmill on a Saturday and could not use it until the following Saturday due to the communication taking so long and then waiting for the key. I don't think the warranty is worth anything given the initial experience. As for the treadmill: Pros - it now works. - display is easy to read. - I like how I can run or walk (now I have the key). Cons - the build quality isn't equal to my sister's which is of the same price but different make. - the back of the treadmill bows slightly (I'm not near the max weight limit) so I don't feel confident standing on the back. - I'm not sure if it is the odd shape of the back of the board or something to do with the belt. But if I take a long stride my foot slips. - the safety bar rattles, a lot. I've tightened it as far as I dare and even wrapped cloths around it to try muffle the sound. Nothing stops the rattling. - the belt keeps moving to one side and then the next. I've watched the videos and done everything they said to do but occasionally will find it has shifted. Overall, I wish I hadn't gone for this brand and I don't forsee it lasting. If it doesn't I will be sure to update my review.

Great if you have Limited Space
I loved the size of the treadmill, it is very appropriate for small spaces. It was relatively easy to assemble and came with the necessary hardware. The wheels made it easier to move around and in to my desired location and position. The power cord was a little short for my space, but that is relative, and this is on the heavier side so it is not so easy to move around. Folding requires a bit of work to always remove the screws, as a result I have it in one spot, but I really would have loved a lighter product. The build is sturdy and able to support my weight and after a few weeks of getting use to it I feel more confident. I hope it holds up as I have enjoyed walking and keeping active while getting some work done. This is a good product for the price if you have a small space to work with.

A good buy for the price!
Highly recommend! I spent weeks searching for a treadmill that would be great for very small spaces, fully fold down to fit 5” and below to go under my sofa, long enough and wide enough for someone 5’8” and above, able to accommodate 250 lbs plus and at a great price point. This. Is. It. This is the only treadmill that checks off all those boxes. I was worried about shipping from China taking long but it came super fast! Didn’t even take a week! It was very well packed but definitely a heavy box! You need two people to lift. It came folded down so I just had to lift it out of the box, place where I wanted it, bring the handle bars up and place 4 screw things where they belonged. Easiest set up ever. It came already lubricated but they sent two free bottles as well as all the tools you need. You only need to lubricate once a year or every 100 runs according to the manual. Also came with some pads so you don’t ruin your floor. The console is super straightforward and easy which is what I wanted. We can comfortably walk, jog or run on this. I’m 5’8” and about 180 lbs. My husband is 6’3” and 250 lbs. Console holds your phone comfortably. I was also able to put my laptop on it without it sliding off and watched an entire Game of Thrones episode while walking. It was quiet enough for me to watch the show without a problem. Finally, I love the orange and black design. Looks great! A few cons that definitely don’t outweigh all the pros. Sometimes when I swing my arms my hand hits the handle bars. That seems like something I’ll get used to over time. Small scratch on the console but not a big deal. Definitely not light enough to fold and unfold and put away every day. I will keep it out for sure but love the option to slide it under the couch when company comes over. Biggest complaint is that I put it in a small bedroom and the smell was AWFUL. Smelled like plastic or rubber. I’m thinking it may have been the smell from the lubricant they had put on prior to shipping. I kept the window open for a day and the smell seems to have gone away completely. Overall, this treadmill is awesome and I highly recommend it! It’s the only one out there that checked off everything I needed. I’ll post an updated review after using it for a month but I’m hoping this lasts long. Best $350 I have ever spent! UPDATE: Had this for about two months now. I use it almost every day for At least 30 min. mainly to speed walk. Makes an incredibly annoying noise if I’m on it too long. Almost like a bed squeaking. If I run the noise is worse. Husband is 6’3” and it really is too short for him to walk as comfortably as he’d like. My brother is 6 foot and I’d say that’s the Max height for this thing. All in all I think it’s a good buy but I don’t expect it to last very long at all. For $350 I’m not too upset.

Folds down and can be stored under bed
I did a lot of research for foldable treadmills on Amazon. This one fit the bill. It’s one of the best reviewed treadmills on the lower price range end. Was pleasantly surprised with how well made and easy it is to use. (My 13 year old can use it without any problems as well.) The foot print is the perfect size for your average person. Plenty of space to walk/jog on. It has adjustable speeds from a slow walk to a good speed jog. The noise level is average. The cord is located at the front of the treadmill. When it’s not in use it fits under my 7 inch high bed frame and is out of the way. It takes a few minutes to undo the hardware holding it upright, then folds down fairly easy. I like to place the hardware in a ziplock bag so it doesn’t get misplaced. It’s difficult for me to maneuver under the bed solo as I have fibromyalgia. My husband can move it without any problems, however, he doesn’t want to break it down daily as it would get annoying doing so. I’m still glad I purchased a treadmill with handles as it’s safer to use starting and stopping the treadmill or nice to have something to hold on to if I lose my balance. The trade off works for my household. The seller is efficient at responding to emails! Super helpful if you have any questions or need assistance. This is important with an item like this.

Good for the price
This thing is moderately heavy. If you're by yourself and you need to haul the package up a flight of stairs, you're prorbably going to want some help. That being said, opening the box up and putting the treadmill together is super easy. 1. Take the whole thing out of the box 2. Lift the side bars up. Tighten on both sides to hold it in place. 3. Tilt the panel parallel to the ground and tighten that in place 4. Plug it in. Turn the switch on. 5. Make sure to put the magnetic emergency tab on), and press start. Once you flip the switch on, there will be a beeping sound which means that magnetic tab needs to be in place before it can run. You will see an E6 on the screen until you put that tab on. As far as it operating, the speed goes up in increments of 0.5mph and there is no incline. Not complaining as even with the heftier gym treadmills I don't use the incline, so this is not a deal breaker for me. When you're just walking, you do feel a resistance in each step, so it's not super smooth, but when I'm in a jogging pace, I don't notice this at all. It also has a 16.5" width for the actual tread space, so it doesn't feel like a tight space. If I'm really extending my gait, though, my feet will slip off the bottom edge. I'm 5'3", 170lbs, and I feel like the machine is sturdy enough and spacious enough. There is a slot for your phone at the top of the panel and it isn't too deep, but I feel confident enough to place my phone in it. It definitely won't fit an iPad (mine is 9.5"×7"). I like to think I have moderate strength, and I found that after breaking it down to its flattest position, sliding it under the bed was slightly difficult. It does have wheels at the top side, but I found out that my bed has posts underneath down the middle of it and I don't have space at the foot of my bed to slide the treadmill in from that angle. I have to lie the treadmill parallel to the long side of my bed and push it in. Still not a deal breaker because I wanted the convenience of being able to store it under my bed. Folded, the treadmill lies about 5" high. Can't complain on that. The machine isn't whisper quiet, but definitely not any more noticeable than, say, a box fan or a stove hood vent on high setting. Going to the gym is not an option for me right now with COVID restrictions, and it's too dang icy on the roads and sidewalks, so this is my next best option. In terms of price, I thought it was still expensive ;p but I see most foldable treadmills similar to this one are priced at about the same or even more. I like that this can at least go faster than some of the other ones out there. I haven't tried going any higher than 7mph, but having the option to go up to this speed is important to me. If you're already a seasoned jogger/runner and you're used to going much faster for a longer duration, this might not be for you. I'm a noob jogger looking to increase my stamina in these winter months until I have enough (confidence :p) endurance to be outside by the spring. Overall, happy with this purchase. TLDR: Heavy if you're lifting it whole, easy to assemble/disassemble, folds flat and can store under the bed, can go up to 7.5mph/12kmh.

Great at home workout for limited space
This is a great treadmill but first, I have to say I had a pretty good experience with customer service. During shipping, the treadmill I first received arrived damaged. It was not the company's fault and was pretty obvious someone mishandled or dropped the package in the shipping process. I was able to speak with customer service and resolve the issue within a few days and they were really kind and easy to work with. I ended up getting the treadmill again and am so happy I did! It is very sturdy, easy to set up and you can get a pretty good workout in! It does fold and fit under my bed but it is a bit heavy to bring out every day so I prefer to just leave it out next to my bed. Since it isn't huge and has a nice design, I don't mind leaving it out. And it is nice to know if I ever need to, I can store it under my bed with no problem. Overall, very happy with this product and company. Especially if you don't feel comfortable going to the gym again yet or just don't want to have to workout at a gym with your mask on, this is a good alternative to get some activity in at home. It is also nice if you live somewhere cold like I do and can't even go for walks at this time.
