I’ve been really happy with this Elite Gourmet 10-cup rice cooker. It’s straightforward to use (measure, rinse, add water, press cook) and the rice comes out fluffy and evenly cooked. The keep warm function is convenient and holds the rice at a good serving temperature without needing to babysit it. Cleanup is easy—the inner pot rinses/wipes clean quickly, and the overall unit doesn’t take up much space on the counter. It’s a great value for the price, especially if you want something dependable without extra complicated settings. Tip: Rinse your rice and use the included measuring cup/lines for the most consistent results. Overall, it’s a solid, no-fuss rice cooker that I’d recommend.

Great size for a small family and it very good quality. A full pot of rice was the right amount every time without left overs. Easy cleaning and less power utilization.

The absolute worst rice cooker EVER! Don’t waste your time or money on this make and model. Doesn’t cook the rice evenly. It’s mushy in the middle and raw around the edges and top. Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Only good thing about it is, it comes with a stainless steel pot. Lesson learn you get what you paid for.

We were ready to have a stainless steel bowl for cooking our rice instead of the older non-stick cooker we had. This is a great bowl, very easy to use. I like being able to see it cook through the glass lid, but I wasn't quite expecting the steam to come out. I guess I should have, but anyway, it requires us to set the cooker where it's okay for the steam to blow (meaning, not directly under the upper cabinets). And I know the description said there's not an on/off switch, but I still wish it had one instead of it being on when you plug it in. Nevertheless, it cooks the brown rice perfectly, so I would recommend it to friends.

This rice cooker is simple, reliable, and easy to clean. The stainless steel pot is a huge plus, and the rice comes out perfect every time. I’ve also made oatmeal and soups with no issues. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!
