This $7.99 purchase is worth way more! I hate putting the cap on my toothpaste. Saw these by chance, didn't know of such a thing. No mess, no work.

I recently had a Target associate select/substitute a different Sensodyne in a pick up order. No problem, things happen and the toothpaste works fine. However, it quickly became the bane of my morning and evening routines because it had a screw top lid. A quick search in Amazon delivered a solution. These lids are easy to “install” and provide a clean squeeze every time. My son was envious (even though his toothpaste had a flip top) and asked for this upgrade. I obliged and have been delighted. The clean squeeze helped keep his toothpaste tidy too! I do think it requires a bit more effort to squeeze the tube. While there may be benefits for arthritic hands if dexterity to screw/unscrew a lid is problematic. If hand strength is a concern, the extra effort to squeeze the tube may present a challenge.

So simple and easy - my problem is solved ! I could barely squeeze out toothpaste before it exploded until I got this nifty device and the flattened that u push up to squeeze the paste from the bottom without a hassle - the two things I bought separately on amazon for under 10 bucks and I have saved myself so much time and frustration now it’s a breeze to freshen up n head out ! Score !

Firstly, ALL of the caps were made well and had the slits in the top cut properly, but many had fused shut and required me to roll the tips between my thumb and index finger, squeezing firmly, until the full x-shaped slit reopened. Most opened easily, some were more stubborn than others, but they all reopened without me having to make any cuts of my own. Silicone can sometimes re-bond to itself like that after having been cut, but the fused portion is never as strong as the intact silicone surrounding it, meaning it can always be separated again along the original cut line when stretched enough. This was clearly what happened with my caps, and I'm almost certain it's what happened to other reviewers claiming that their caps weren't cut properly. Squeezing toothpaste through may not be enough to reopen the slits in the ends of the caps, but squeezing/stretching the caps themselves should do it. I think the only other thing for me to mention is that these seem to fit on a wide variety of toothpaste tube thread sizes. Though they appear to be sized for the common, smaller toothpaste threads, I had little-to-no difficultly installing one onto my toothpaste tube with a much wider end. The caps stretch a lot, so if you press one firmly against the open end of the tube and keep twisting as if you're trying to screw it on, it should fit on and stay attached without slipping off.

Good idea but the hole for the toothpaste to come out is tiny and hard to squeeze. Don’t think a child could do it.

The most amazing property of this simple cap is that it cuts our toothpaste amount to about half--totally adequate for a good brushing. It also prevents leakage, hunting for the cap, and periodic cleaning of the cap. All wins! It fts any toothpaste--just push the cap on securely. The cap seems very well made, so it should last through many tubes of toothpaste in our household

悪くはないが、海外製の歯磨きにつけるとネジの部分が折れたりする。接続部の負荷に耐えられないんだな。つけたら、あまり触らないことだ。 あと、ネジ部、突出部が嵌合式の場合、摩擦が足りずすっぽ抜ける可能性あり。ネジの切手ある歯磨き粉をお勧めする。
