the device refused to come on. Poor quality. And then to top it off the return is a pain.
Bought this as a birthday present. The device refused to start. Set up a return via Amazon. The guy shows up checks and agrees the device is defective. Yet refuses to take it back. What a gimmick as free return was till the 1st.

Not useful
It's an expensive watch, with very little utility. My 6 year old son gotnir as a gift, else I would never have chosen it as a parent. The features lack utility. Games and such stuffs are not useful for kids of this age. They beat the whole purpose of growing up. Instead, what is required is a gps tracking to have the kids playing around or in public places.
