I picked these up for general household use, but I was surprised by how heavy-duty they actually feel. The Cutting Test: These are significantly sharper than standard budget scissors. Yoga Mat: I needed to cut up an old yoga mat (dense foam/rubber), and these scissors glided through it effortlessly.
