It is Nice and I like it..
This pillow insert came with no problems. It was to me not too soft but the right firmness & it fit the cover. This purchase was part of a gift so I can not answer for how long the firmness nor fluffines will last just that the quality appears good to me. I will only give 4 stars not 5 due to my observation being that it is for a decorative use & not for my use. It is nice & I like it.
