I love these. The taste like blue raspberry. I put 1 packet into 32 oz of water and even then it’s too strong for me. It takes a minute to dissolve all the way. I haven’t noticed any clumps when I drink or grittiness. It keeps me hydrated and actually makes me want to drink water.

I got to try this from my running partner, and I have to say, GHOST Hydration is one of the best-tasting hydration powders I’ve had. The flavor is really enjoyable and easy to drink. However, I had to deduct a point because two of the packets arrived leaking.

The 24 stick pack is perfect. I only drink about half a bottle a day. I love the value for money. I enjoy this flavor and the red berry. I’m glad ghost decided to make powders with sour patch kids.
