Highly recommend! I am impressed with the customer service at ZumifyCool. The Shockwave machine that I received had some technical issues and they were great about communicating regularly, sending a replacement part, and eventually providing a new machine when that failed to resolve the issue so we weren't stuck with the malfunctioning one.
